This place is horrible. I have been a tenant since 2020 and my unit went from $90 dollars a month to $189 a month for a 10X10 no ac unit. They do not have anyone working anymore it is all automated. The price advertised is a joke every SIX months your bill will go up.

I spoke with Abbigale about renting a storage unit. My husband and are Senior Citizens and Abbigale was extremely patient and kind. I have to admit that we we're not her easiest customer today! She great thru the whole process! She represented your company well.

Chelsie is excellent, polite and to the point. Also, she is real (not robotic), in that she allowed me, the customer, to state my purpose for calling, and ask the questions I had, instead of doggedly sticking to some preformulated script. In every instance, if I interrupted her, she apologized and invited me to speak my concern- and only after I'd said my piece did Chelsie resume talking.
In a nutshell, Chelsie delivered exemplary customer service. Something you just don't find much anymore.

Ive been here for years, even after my locker and several others in the climate controlled area were broken into. I stayed. However last year I realized that I was paying 210 for a unit that was advertised as 94 on their website. They dont price match. So moved into a new unit at the advertised price online. 4 months later, cause they now do rate increases at least that much a year, the rent is going up 60!!! Trying to get me up to that 210 again. Guess how much its advertised online... you guessed it still the 94. Yes the advertised prices are great! They get you in but they will NOT stay that low. Im currently looking at other places. I dont mind gradually going up YEARLY but 60 for 4 months. Thats more than my rent went up. Stay away. I dont normally write reviews but this isnt okay on any level. Theres also no one on site ever.

At first this place seems great, well it turns out they are HORRIBLE!!! Poor conditions, no one ever onsite, water damage on all my stuff from a hole in the ceiling, can’t ever get a hold of anyone. Stay away from this place. Rodent infested. And on top of that the insurance they sell you for the contents in the units is a scam. They won’t send you what is a covered peril till after you file a claim. This place is disgraceful. I’m truly surprised a place like this is still operating.
