Great organization! I was in town and attended a class with Emily as the leader. It was great! At home I do the on demand classes.Staff was very friendly. If you're in town, stop in and take a class.

I found REFIT dance videos and fell in love. I typically do 30-60 min of dance videos. They're so much fun and mood uplifting. I love all ya'lls smiles. Smiles are contagious and I'm always smiling when I'm done. I'm just learning about all the workout programs and coaching. I'm very interested!
