They let me Check in 8:20 my appointment was at 12 noon and gave me a door right away
40 minutes later was empty ready to roll again!!

Well been in there driveway for 10 hours. No restroom. Ordered breakfast. Had a tire fixed. Apt is at 1700. Ok well 1800 still no door. Not a call text nothing checked in at 0800. I have another load to pick up before 2300. Avoid coming here

Mr Cameron was truly friendly and made check in a breeze. Real respectful and wasn't in there for more than 5 muinites, plenty of space to maneuver and there is a bathroom that's decent. Leave your attitude at the door and speak to people right and it's a cinch.

For semi truck @ Easy checkout, check-in at the security gate ,appointment 20 minutes before they have early parking on the street.

I was 1+ hours late due to refresco of Michigan not having my trailer loaded on time,
As soon as I arrived, I was given a door and unloaded in less than half an hour.

If your late they will lie to you and push you until the absolute last truck is complete then wait for a period of time then suddenly your loaded with paperwork ready. Be on time or early or face my experience.

Arrived 11pm for a midnight p/u, immediately given a door. Didn’t start loading until 1am but loaded and out the gate by 2am so all in all not bad.

I had a dry-van load scheduled for 9AM Friday. I was going to be a day early and shipping said I could only come the day of the appointment. I show up at 6:30AM, get checked in, docked, and they started unloading me right away. Nice clean facility and friendly staff. Once you check in. You will go inside the gate, turn right, then park where the Schneider truck in my picture is parked. Walk inside the small door next to door 20. Take your paperwork inside.Update: Well I guess I spoke too soon. I had on 20 pallets. It took 2 hours to unload 14 of them. Then over half an hour to finally come tell me they rejected 6 of them. I talked with shipping about speaking with a supervisor on why they were rejected. The front bag supposedly had a rip in it and they didn't want to "risk it".. So they rejected it and the 5 Pallets behind it. Basically told me to F.O... Also they left my trailer a mess and it looks like the forktruck driver(s) rammed the damaged pallet into the others. I have been sitting in Waco all day waiting for a solution. I just don't understand why. I was early for my appointment and respectful. Even after the whole rejection ordeal. Why treat drivers that way? My assumption is this is a day shift ordeal. Nightshift didn't treat me at all like that.

You are going to enter that one and follow the signs there, it will tell you which is the entrance.The parking lot is very spacious to rest at night for your processMy appointment was at 9:30 p.m. on the collection sheet they sent meAnd the printed sheets said 05:30 amAnd then the earlier time suited meI went earlyAnd they told me to come back at 8:00 p.m. hahahahaAnd you will have to enter the company and leave at the other endDo not arrive earlier before your appointmentAt least 1 hour early is the earliest you can arriveThe staff is friendlyThe security who assisted me took out their translator and gave me directions through the translator.The compas are very kindThey were wet mexigringosThey would give me a face hahahaha ?-enter and turn right continueTo the door ? 20There you will see a stop ?- enter the office next to platform 20- deliver your documents-There they will tell you which door ?-At the end of your talacha you return to the office forYour documents ?- and that's it, you go out to your left sideBand of 10!!!

I had an appointment on March 2, 2024 at 8 AM central standard time got checked in at 7 AM got a door right away nice friendly staff was unloaded paperwork in hand and 30 minutes that’s got to be the fastest I’ve ever gotten unloaded in the eight years I’ve been drivingno lumper fee like I said very friendly staff I would definitely come back here to make it delivery again that’s why I give a five stars plenty of room to back into the dog doors
