**“I purchased a custom-ordered Cadillac Escalade (nearly $120K) and was initially thrilled with my choice. Unfortunately, a hail repair done by this dealership turned my dream SUV into a nightmare. Right after I picked it up from service, I discovered severe water leaks that soaked the interior and led to mold concerns—yet the dealership blamed an older stereo install that had never caused issues before.
What made matters worse was how rudely I was treated. The service manager, Mike Lee, actually called me a liar on the phone and suggested he’d only help me if I ‘acted like a regular person.’ Meanwhile, my child—who is severely immunocompromised—cannot safely ride in a mildew-infested vehicle. Despite my repeated attempts to resolve things, the dealership won’t take responsibility.
I wanted to remain a loyal Cadillac customer, but this experience has been disheartening. If you value respect, professionalism, and a genuine commitment to quality repairs, I’d strongly suggest taking your business elsewhere.”*
