Make sure they tighten your lug nuts! One of the guys that’s always sitting down replaced my tire and shortly after all the lug nuts came off.

Had a flat called and spoke to Chase he said that they could get me fixed up.. Rafael and Orfanel took care of my tire issue.. they were all very curtious, friendly and had great customer service.. will definitely recommend to anyone needing tires in Waco.. amazing fast service.

My mom and I can't thank Chase and his wife enough! We were stranded in West, Texas at O'Reilly yesterday not knowing how to get our 2012 Honda Odyssey fixed so we could get back home to Dallas. He drove 20 minutes to come check it out and then called for a towing service to take it back to his shop. This morning, he worked on it for hours and was able to get us back on the road in no time! Thank y'all so much for the friendly service. We will never forget y'all's kindness :)

Bought a tire from them , wasn’t even 30 mins into me driving in tn highway. In the far left lane before it blew out . Called their number . Went straight to voicemail. Had to get someone to drive there just to speak to someone . I was stuck on side the road for 2 hours . In TEXAS HEAT . Get my donut put on a car by someone , tell them I need my refund an he refused to give it to me . Told me to ask the man who he sent to assist me for my refund . After the man told me he doesn’t even work for them . You don’t conduct business that way with loyal customers . Imagine being stranded in HEAT for 2 hrs after biting a new tire. That’s insane & they will never have to worry about me supporting or referring them again . That was bad business

I had one tire changed by Rogers. Asked him to order another one for the same price. Went back to change it. A new guy. Rude. Disagreed on price. Made me pay more and gave a different tire. Didnt give the receipt or warranty either. Had to demand it. Very dishonest, rude and ill-mannered guy works there.
The Latin workers are nice, decent and give good customer service.the business runs on their hard work.
I will not go back because of the bad guy working there. He's a mechanic or co-owner. Very greedy man.

Limped in from Maine on a nearly blown out tire, they were able to get me in immediately and was there for maybe a half an hour and left with exactly what my vehicle needed. Raphael and Chase were great to work with!
Highly recommend!
