I got to see this place tell a customer that we can not warranty your tire that you paid for or are paying for because you bought the tire at rnr in hewitt then I got to see the little in the office laugh at the customer that barely went out side saying well were not gonna in trouble cause you bought the tires in hewitt what if I was outta town and went to that facility use rnr just beware that they could careless

Went to check out this Business yesterday and was greeted by Jennifer and a beautiful African-American lady with a great personality. They explained the whole process. I was overwhelmed by the helpful attitude they had she gave me my options And I will definitely be back next week. Keep these two ladies and the redhead gentlemen.

Found a bolt front drivers side tire last night. It’s Labor Day weekend. Where do you get your tire repaired on such short notice? RNR - Hewitt!! Couldn’t believe the bill!! Didn’t expect $0! Would not let me tip. Great service. Thank you RNR! 💕

Only gave a 1 because I had to. This place is scam artists! They add extra fees when they want to and when you don't pay those fees they come and leave your car on bricks after constantly threatening to repo and press charges.

Drove up to ask if they could put some wheels on my truck. Red headed dude about had a fit because I parked in front of the bay. One car was in the lot. Got in my truck and drove off. Their loss.

I take both my vehicles there. They have gone above and beyond. I won't take my vehicles anywhere else. They've come to me. When I've had a blowout. No charge. They're customer service is top notch.
