Specifically stated what I wanted for my items, and they smelled the same as I dropped them off. And was charged as though service was done. Will be requesting a refund and will find a different cleaners.

I recently got alterations at the one in Bellmead, Texas in Waco. Two pair of slacks given to them and one pair came back very short, the other pair was perfect. I spoke to the owner and she chewed me out from the first hello as if it was my fault. I've used this cleaners for 10+ years. The owners before this new owner were wonderful people and they valued their customers. This owner was rude and aggressive in her tone and her accusations. I was in tears after speaking to her on the phone. Don't know what happened to her in her life to make her such a bitter person, but I pray that GOD touch and heal her heart. I was totally caught off guard and thought this would be a simple and respectful conversation, but instead it seemed very personal and I've never spoken to her before in my life or met her. I've never even had a complaint before in 10+ years of coming there. I've never been so disrespected from an establishment in my entire life. What I can say is that the employees are wonderful and hard working. Love them for their excellent customer service. Please pray for the owner, life must be pretty bad for her right now. I'm honestly undecided on how to proceed going forward.

First time using this company, I dropped off two dresses and a shirt for a little boy. When I came to pick them up, it cost a lot more than I expected it to be for 3 items, 2 of which were “press only”. When I asked further regarding the cost, I was told my dresses were “gowns” and that’s why it was so expensive. When I asked why my dresses (which were not wedding gowns, prom dresses, or bridesmaid dresses or any other sort of beaded or sequined dress) were considered to be gowns the lady at counter just said that’s what her boss classified them as so that’s how she rang them up. Needless to say, I will not be a returning customer.
