wow! that's all I can think of when I think of this place. I tried to call just to ask a question and the fella who answered the phone wouldn't even let me talk, he just said he was busy then hung up. coming from 3 states away to book something and this is the first impression........so I go back to the spa directory, Next!!!!

I love Salon 2121 would not consider anywhere else in Waco! Super talented group (Terry is my favorite always has fun and exciting ways for my hair). Highly recommend

This salon is so fantastic that I came back to it after I graduated from BU and moved away just to get a haircut. The staff is nothing but class and quality. They do a really great job of listening to what you want and turning it into something that looks amazing, be it with hair, brows, or whatever. (FTR, I'm absolutely heartbroken that James moved away!) For the longest time, this was the only place I'd even let *touch* my brows. They don't hack them away into a too-thin strip like a lot of places do, and that's perfect. I prefer mine looking natural and, well, like eyebrows! It's in a really cute little house next to the Austin Avenue neighborhood, and it's very calm and relaxing inside. My biggest regret with this place is that I have zero hair-doing skills whatsoever, so the second I have to do my hair myself--whooooa nellie. For the day after I get it done, though, it always looks fantastic! Go here. You won't be disappointed.

I used to have my hair cut here when I lived in Waco, and always looked great. Terry had a very welcoming personality and listened well to what I wanted. The salon is really comfortable, too.
