Recently had a in home donation of furniture. Tammy in charge very nice and by phone I gave measurements. Drivers arrived. One of them rude refused to take an item.He said NO! I called Tammy she instructed him to take it. And he was rude and did not get on the phone with Tammy. She was on speaker and he did not acknowledge her at all. He was so mad and rude he left most items behind. Packed the truck up and made his partner give me a receipt for items he did left behind. Horrible experience!

Way overpriced. Glorified yard sale. For example a treadmill for 300$ can get a brand new we one that looked better on amazon. A high back years old chair for 180$ and for the pair 360$ chairs were probably from the 90s. Just too expensive. Falling in line with good will

Stupidly expensive prices.
Furniture is 50% off on Saturdays only but seems they may put the good pieces in the back on that day.

The prices that they try to sell the furniture and clothes for is crazy! You can literally buy some new furniture and clothes for what they are trying to sell their old donated stuff for. Such a waste of time to go to this place. Just donate online if you want to support, but don't expect any good prices in the store..... Unless they get someone else in charge of pricing to price their products.

I like the store, but the prices are getting too high. Donated items shouldn't be close to or higher than retail price.

they really don't do a lot for the community you would think they would unfortunately I had to stay at the Sally house I was told I could stand extended time until I got my check in I had a broken hip and I'm 63 years old and because I fell Tim the manager put me out at 5:30 in the afternoon with no place to go on a cane he said that I was a liability on their insurance. what happened to salvation army being a refuge? and apparently I'm not the first one because a young amputee man has been put out too because he was a liability I've had to stay in shelters before and they don't ever put you out like that there's another thing I want to know about they are supplied by food banks food banks give lots and lots of fresh vegetables why is it at the salvation army here they don't give any vegetables just carbs? I wish everybody that donates to these fake charities step back and look at what they're doing is there encouraging fraud Goodwill is so much better

I spent a lot of time here browsing through the shelves of interesting and unique items but I didn't spend a lot of money. There were many things that were priced 50 percent off the already low prices.

This place has so many things to offer. I believe you should check it out multiple times or drop by weekly to see the new items!
We volunteered with our Keller Williams office to style the mannequins, help with inventory, etc. at the end of our time there, we all were in line with items to purchase. Check it out!

Nice store, lots of stuff! In the last 3 times I've gone in, I've noticed that prices are going up and up. This store, Goodwill, thrift shops, seems like they all are doing the same thing. Look the item up on ebay and see what it's selling for. Set it at that price. Profit to help out is one thing but BIG Profit over community, on donated items? Not good.I'm done with this place. Im done with both shopping and done with donating. ?

It's like Goodwill. Marked up items that where donated to them. Where's the Salvation. Not a lot of product. Lots damaged dented. Scuffed, up like new stuff. Overpriced garage sale items.
