Nice people. Their products are expensive though. Higher quality than other retailers, but you certainly pay for it. Definitely get a quote in writing before purchasing anything from them - I made the mistake of getting a verbal quote that was quite far off from the price they charged after the fact. After some discussion they lowered the price, but I would only ever use them again if I got my quote in writing.
