I signed up for a SWHP in November. I made my payment in November. They have no record of my payment. I have called and spoken with two different people who have STILL NOT resolved the issue. I still have ZERO confirmation of my coverage, and yet they have my money. INFURIATING. Why is no email address provided for customer service?

I honestly wish I could put a 0. This is the most frustrating and stressful insurance ive ever dealt with. Not only did they allow someone else (no relation at all) sign me up without my permission, and then cancel my original insurance but theyve lied constantly about what they will cover and then say that they dont cover it anymore. I am constantly having to call them to fix everything they have messed up. Horrible insurance.

They took over $1400 from me for insurance premium. They misapplied payment to another account. I got no coverage and they won't refund.

Been tryn to correct my billing for over two months and can't get any results don't know what to do any more this is getting ridiculous..........
