I have used many storage facilities over the years and Safe and Secure Storage of Waco is hands down the best overall experience I have ever had. From the initial inquiry to moveout date, it was a smooth and simple process. I was even lucky enough to catch a move in deal which discounted some! I can't guarantee they always have deals, but I can tell you it was indeed SAFE and SECURE. The unit itself was in good condition, well-lit and clean! Way to go to the owner and employees! Keep up the good work.

The place is clean and maintained well. Payments are easy and most importantly, secure. However it seems you had better get use to your rent to go up on a regular basis. Went up 20 dollars in 23' now again another 20 bucks. Guess I just have to throw my things in a dumpster. Sad what has happened to humanity, it has become nothing but a greedy society whose only concern is money.

On time hasn't always been a thing for me. Especially in situations where life happens and we fall behind. The majority of business's don't care what's going on. They want their money or else!! But I have to give SAFE AND SECURE STORAGE OF WACO a 5 star rating for their outstanding customer service. If i could put 10 stars i would! I've been in a unit for close to a year almost and they have been so kind to me in all ways possible! Plus you can access the units 24/7!!! Which is PERFECT for people like me who time isnt very fond of! I always tell anyone who asks me about a storage unit about these guys!! They really are the best in town!!! By the way their units are actually very nice too! Great prices and sizes!! CHECK THEM OUT!!

The absolute best storage unit company I have used. They were very prompt and professional whenever I had to call with a question and they made the whole experience super easy and pleasant and they are very affordable. They also sent reminders when payment was due and allowed me to make payments over the phone which was super convenient. Will definitely be using them whenever we have a storage need!
