I bought a new product to try out and I hated it. Not even 2 weeks later, I come to return or swap out for a different product (without the receipt). The return policy literally says no receipt, no problem. On top of that, you can see my proof of purchase on my Sephora account. However, the return was not able to be processed simply because I paid in cash. Not everyone uses a card so I have to be singled out completely as a paying customer for that? Why? It wasn’t processed not because no one wanted to help me, but because their literally wasn't a way. I called Sephora corporate and they couldn’t help me either because this Sephora is located in Kohls. This just isn’t right. I paid with real money and I chose to spend it here with Sephora.

I had a good experience today. I usually don't wear make up anymore but we have some family coming to visit so I wanted to buy some. I always used to buy from Sephora but up in DFW metro area where we used to live. I went into the Waco location inside of kohls where we now live and I was looking for a specific product I could not find. I asked the very sweet girl who was restocking some shelves for help and she didn't have the item I was looking for but was so sweet to me and offering to check me out immediately if I was ready. I really appreciated her kindness today even if I didn't find what I was looking for.

On 7/20/24 around 11 am, my daughter and I went to Sephora in Waco (Kohls). The lady that checked us out was so helpful and kind! I wish I remembered her name. She took the time to label the products in the order my daughter should use them. The other cashier was also very friendly and greeted everyone in the store. Highly recommend!

No matter your skin color or shade, Sephora has something for you. They have most of the latest and greatest skin care, hair care, and makeup products. It can get a little overwhelming because there is so much to choose from. However, I still love Sephora!

When we got there, it was just one worker. She seen us come in and didn’t greet us and after the customer that was already there checked out the worker got on her phone. She didn’t ask if we needed help or anything. Finally another worker came and she asked if we needed anything but honestly acted like she didn’t want to help when I asked for help with finding the right shade. Sitting at the counter scrolling on your phone is definitely unprofessional. I’ll keep going to Ulta.

Most of the products I look for are always out of stock. Not one employee offered assistance. When asked if I found what I was looking for and I responded with no, the cashier just chuckled. The store was pretty much empty. When Sephora was in JC Penny it was way better. Won't be going back.

The Sephora inside kohl's NEEDS TO CUSTOMER SERVICE TRAINIG. THE POLICY FOR RETURNING A DEFECTIVE EYE PENCIL IS U HAVE TO HAVE A RECEIPT. AFTER LOOKING UP MY BANK STATEMENT SHOWING PROOF OF MY PURCHASE, THEY STILL REQUIRED A RECEIPT. MY PENCIL WAS $25. AND I COULD NOT GET A WORKING PENCIL. TJIS IS RIDICULOUS AND UNFORTUNATELY THEY LOST A GOOD CUSTOMER!!!

Dishonesty in that storeConcerning online orderOut of product I ordered so someone peeled try me sticker off put a cap on it and send it to Kohls in store pickup.Be careful. I just happen to catch it.

They have a selection of the top brands. The main complaint is that most of the time they are not stocked with what I need. It seems they don't refill their inventory like Ulta or beauty brands does.

They never have products stocked and always out of products. The people working there don’t even care to ask if help is needed. They are busy talking among themselves (very rude) JCpenny Sephora was better than this new one at Kohls.
