The worst experience- and it’s not even over! This shop, one that my insurance recommended, has had my vehicle for over 2 months! They state the reason is back ordered partsWe waited for over a month for a hinge to come in. They stated multiple times that the hinge was what was needed. I even received the text that stated it was finally in and the car would be done the next day. That was a few weeks ago!!! Now they are saying they are waiting on 3 more parts. This place is a joke and I would not recommend them to anyone hoping to get their car fixed!Service: Body & Trim

Service at this facility was almost to the point of being non-responsive. We drove over 50 miles to an appointment for getting just an estimate for the damage done to our vehicle. The salesman told us the estimate would be done later that day (Friday) or the first thing on the following Monday. Nothing so far today (Monday). Called and they said it could take a couple more weeks to get the estimate. If this shops operates like the front office, I would stay away from this place! Another shop in the area gave us a estimate in just over fifteen minutes.

I'm still waiting be back on the flip side to leave my review so far not looking good I'll be back to finish it up ok people here's the flip side they did some collision work on my car and paint work and the first time the screw up the paint job I'm sure they just want to be done and with being said they don't take pride in the work they so they said bring it back we'll fix it so I did don't know why they didn't get it right the first time and we did take it back me they really screwed it up even more the buffed out what I'm not sure cause it looks horrible and where buffed it the wrote buff on there and and it's on the paint job perminant before I left they said we'll fix it but the way I see it it is they had 2 chances to get it right and it didn't so there's no way I would even consider going back thereSo use them at your own risk but they don't care about gets things right it's just the money they want ?Service: Painting

Because of the bad attitudes, rudeness, total unprofessionalism, I immediately choose to go somewhere else. You may wish to save yourself the bother of dealing with these guys and choose also to go somewhere else

It may have taken a little longer than I'd thought but mannnn the work they did on my car was Absolutely Beautiful. I would for sure recommend them and would be a return customer . I am really impressed matched paint perfectly no flaws nor any issues from my accident. Amazing job you guys

I had an incident traveling through Waco. The staff was very welcoming and keep me informed about the work needed. They made sure Jack was ready to roll. Fantastic job. Went above my expectations. Would definitely use again.Services: Tires

They first sent the estimate to Geico for $8400. That would have totaled the car so Geico replied with $5000.00. They started the work then supplemented for the balance . Remarkably the amount turned out to be $8400.00 . Both service king and Geico screwed my little girl and wife . Now we have a car worth 40% less than it would be. Geico didn't have to total it and service king got the full bill paid. WTF

My car looked excellent after they were done. The 2 1/2 months it took not so much. Kept giving me a later date over the phone. I decided after I was told another week to go see them in person, and then it only took 2 more days to get me my car, not another week. I do feel they hold the car longer than needed. Or the front desk lady just says whatever to get you off the phone.

I turned in my vehicle to Service King July 22nd of this year due to a accident occur on the 18th. They rented me a car for about month & half. They always giving me excuses of getting my car done. I will not recommend to anymore to go get your collision done to their car they will give you excuses.

I arrived at Service King fifteen minutes early for an appointment that I made weeks ago for a busted headlight. It still works so I have continued operating my vehicle. The Service King representative was very unprofessional. She was unable to answer any of my questions regarding the process, part/repair service estimate, etc. She seemed so ready to send me away in a rental car. She said it would be a minimum of four hours before my car was even evaluated! She went on to say that it would be either today or tomorrow before I would know any further details. I told her to cancel my appointment, to have a nice day, and left the premises. I called Kwik Kar Lube & Tune and they couldn't be more polite! I had the damage evaluated, purchased a new headlight locally, and repaired under two hours for less than my deductible. Not a bad company, just a bad customer service experience!
