Show up an hour early to a 12pm delivery. They say my delivery isn’t until 3pm. I have another load I have to pick up at 4pm. F*ck this place! First and last time delivering. Owner operators beware.

Went to the store asking questions about a paint job for a house I just bought... Was asking about recommendations for painters and they recommended this particular painter. My experience with the painter was anything but pleasant, my house was left in disarray, paint was chipped, and overspray everywhere and the painter has not answered the phone or been willing to fix it. I called Sherwin-Williams to let them know that their recommendation hasn't been a good one just for future reference and the guy's answer was "well we're busy so is there anything I can actually help you with". Good for answering questions, but not much else. Other stores had much better experience.

The employees gave us very good service and was very helpful with our questions. The paint is the best quality you can buy. A family member is a painter by profession and said it is the only paint he will use.

Got everything we needed except for our concrete stain. We had to go to the Lake Air store to get it ordered. It should be in this afternoon. They were even able to match my coupon for paint from another source.
