This is very upsetting I don’t write reviews but on Saturday I experience horrible customer service, on Saturday we were celebrating my sister quince and her Dama’s and chamberlanes enter the store we were looking for a purse and when we were waiting in line a lady with a red shirt with black leggings told us very rude to Leave the store if we were not getting any from the store the group said sorry that was so embarrassing I wish she could’ve been very nicely but unfortunately she didn’t I said What’s your her problem and she was was giving a long death stare like we did something wrong that me,sister and my boyfriend. I hate being mean to customer service employees I know it hard but please be nice adout it I hope this feedback encourages them to work on better their customer service . We explained that we were making a purchase, even apologized, yet still received a death stare that made the moment unnecessarily embarrassing. I truly believe in treating others with kindness, especially when they’re celebrating a special occasion. I hope God blesses this employee and softens her heart so no one else has to feel the way we did that day.

We went yesterday to shoe dept and we were trying out some shoes witch one we like and there was and old lady security guard and she keep following us every part that we went from the store she didn't let us shopping peacefully to take a look at the shoes in the sore and I was trying some shoes and she was next to me looking at the shoes in shelfs like if I was going to steal or something this is why they have all the shoes in clearance cause the way they treat people in this store so accord

Nice selection, and most of the time they have everything in stock even when the website says it's not, twice I've walked in there and found the exact shoes I was looking for even though the site said unavailable!! So try the store first I bet they have them!!

Wanted to give a compliment to the two ladies who helped us yesterday. Although the store was extremely busy, both ladies were so patient and cheerful, searching and helping my husband, who is in a wheelchair and needed extra wide size13 comfortable shoes! We had looked all over town. This store has a wide selection and the employees made all the difference!

Honestly didn't think much of this store, till I started to go often(family of 7). They give you alot of points if you sign up with your phone #. Plus on your birthday, every year they give you $10 dollars off your next pair of shoes.

i’ve never been to a more disorganized store. it’s a mess, shoes were everywhere except in their boxes; floor, seats, etc. it was impossible to find shoes without help and the employees were rude and unwilling to help. Don’t recommend shopping here at all.

Terrible, avoid if you can. This store keeps one of the shoes in a pair in the back stock room. When you want to purchase something they have to find the matching shoe. I'm writing this review while I wait for around 30 minutes for the sales associate to find my matching shoe.

I usually don't leave a bad review, but felt it necessary after my experience today. Went in today to get some shoes, found some, but the box had 2 left shoes. I take one out and go to the register. The cashier didn't even so much as say a word to my husband and I, seemed like we were a bother. She radioed for an older lady to come get the other shoe, and as the lady came with a smile to get it, she yanked the shoe back, didn't say anything to her, looks at the shoe and says "this is a left shoe, you should have had a right shoe in the box." I tell her there were 2 left ones in the box, I took one out and left it over with the shoes. She calls a manager up to tell him, he goes to check on it. I literally walk with him to show him where the other shoe was. He comes back with the right shoe to go with my left shoe. She then starts questioning him about it, literally making me feel like she was accusing us of doing it, like we were in the wrong. Never said another word to us, was rude and had attitude throughout the entire transaction. Her co-worker was sitting on the counter during this time.
Also, a man had walked in and asked if they had a certain type of shoe. Instead of taking him to show him, the rude cashier told him they have them that he would just have to go look around for them.
I spoke with the manager as we left, and apparently it wasn't the first complaint against her.
