I got a nice pair of winter boots here. They had plenty of sizes and colors available and staff were great checking on us making sure we found everything. They are very comfortable and were a great deal! Retail &40 we paid $20

Today I went in the store to buy some shoes from work. I usually come here to buy my shoes and I usually have an A+ Experience. BUT today it didn’t reach the A+ standards. I came in and I WAS NOT GREETED. And then I didn’t get asked from any associate if I needed any assistance (which I did need assistance cause I wanted to make sure the price was correct) and then I when I went to go “check out” at the service desk there was already a few customers there (the customers were a group of 3 men who were friends) while they were checking out another gentlemen who knew them cut infront of me and assumed he was next in line(keep in mind I was waiting already 10 minutes to be checked out) and so anyways,he cut infront of me and the associate WHO SAW did nothing. Another associate came(cause the line was getting long) and instead of saying,”Ma’am I can get you next” and coming to get me,she just said,”Whoever wants to be checked out come over here”. Which was even more infuriating cause I already waited my 10 minutes in line,then the gentlemen cutted infront of me,and then next this. Another woman walked to the next available associates register and I had to wait again another 5-7 minutes,and then FINALLY it was my turn. In total,my time spent at the your business,was over 30 minutes when it should have only been a 5 minute wait. This was completely unprofessional. It could have all be avoided if your customer service reps. Had been trained more thoroughly on CUSTOMER SERVICE. I am extremely disappointed in my experience today. Also,you will need to hire more associates because your business is too busy for just having 2 people work during the day.So overall,your associates to learn to be More mindful,genuine,KIND,respectful,and assertive. The woman who checked me out also wore her emotions on her sleeve and should learn to conceal her anger or frustration if she’s going to be running the floor. I hope in the future you use this feed back to make your business more successful for your customer clientele.

Great prices and very clean store. Customer service was good.... once we found an employee to help us.

Worst customer service ever. The aisle were filled shoe boxes which made it hard to go through with my baby stroller, then the cashier skipped on purpose

Was buying kid shoes. Had the child move around in them to see how they felt when a older female staff yelled at him no running at the top of her lungs multiple times. He was only back and forth in about 6-8' area with no one else on the isle. Tried to tell her he was trying the feel of the "running" shoes. She made another comment. Very rude considering there was 2 other children playing tag in the store at the same time.
