Overall we had a decent experience. Staff was very friendly and they have everything streamlined very well. There is always a line it seems, but the line moves relatively fast. Prices weren’t too terrible for what you get, I just wish there was a little bit more flavor.Parking: Free street parking if you’re lucky enough to find one, otherwise there are paid lots in the area for $10Kid-friendliness: It can get very crowded in here, so I had to make sure to keep eyes on my little one the entire time in all the hustle and bustle of what’s going on.Wheelchair accessibility: I would personally find entering here to be somewhat difficult for a wheelchair user as it can get a bit cramped inside with as many people who visit this bakery.

The Silo Baking Co is well worth stopping by. Mostly cookies and pastries. The Silo Cookie is highly recommended and has a great combination of flavors. They also have some bottled beverages.

There was a long line coming out of this place when we got there in the afternoon, and we still wanted to try it out (it didn't take too long as it seemed). Their main items were cupcakes and cookies, and we got a toasted coconut cupcake, a butter croissant and the prize pig (savory biscuit). Everything was good and outdoor seating was enjoyable.

Wow, a little piece of heaven in Waco. The area is Magnolia Market and is surrounded by an eclectic mix of industrial buildings. The bakery is in a smaller building, but the line moves fast. The cupcakes were delicious, moist, and the frosting is not overly sweet. The cookies are on point. Staff members are friendly, quick, and efficient. A must try at reasonable prices.

Delicious sweet treats before walking the Silos. Lots of options to choose from. Line before entering place but worth the wait. Friendly and helpful staff to make your experience a unique one.

The waiting line wrapped around the building. I've heard great comments and wanted to try their goods - maybe next time!

PROs: Quaint place. Staff is friendly and efficient. Parking is limited. There will be a line no matter what day, time or weather you visit. Price is value based. GF items are available. None of the items were doughy, baked just right.CONs: Not handicap accessible. An entry line, next you wait inside to find ppl standing there looking over the menu card (go around them or wait some more?). Approach register to pay, and last you stand to the side waiting for your name to be called. There's a better way to streamline this and minimize paper waste.Cupcakes are average, just cake and tons of frosting. Sugar free options not available. Not ideal to bring in child/pet stroller, sadly, not ideal for handicap patrons either. Nonetheless, I am grateful I had the opportunity to visit.

I came on a Saturday, in the early afternoon and it was quite busy. The line was pretty long and an employee came out a gave paper menus for you to mark your selections. I got a Silo’s cookie, Lemon Lavender Cupcake and The Prize pig biscuit. I took my treats out to the little patio area and sat down at the stools below the welcome to Magnolia Silo’s wall mural. I took everything out of bag and someone came and asked me to move so they could take a picture of the mural. Sigh, not of the fault of the bakery at all, just discourteous tourists. The treats: Love, love, love the Lemon lavender cupcake! I also really enjoyed the savory prize pig biscuit. I honestly didn’t care for the Silo’s cookie when I first tried it. It was hard and just kinda meh. BUT, I took it home and popped in the microwave for 20 seconds and BAM, delicious! Soft and melty chocolate cookie heaven.

I dream of these cupcakes. Perfectly fluffy and topped with great buttercream. When you walk in, you'll get handed a little paper and pencil so you can easily order your treats. They call your name when your order is ready, similar to Starbucks. The boxes they use for take out are super helpful when transporting!Parking: Not a ton of parking available and it's all street parking.Wheelchair accessibility: You can't access the front door with a wheelchair, but there is a side door, though it's typically used for people exiting the building. It can be pretty busy and crowded inside, so it may be difficult to navigate with a wheelchair.

We ordered 4 cupcakes and a cinnamon roll. We left with only 4 cupcakes. Unfortunately we didn’t notice we were missing something until we got home as we ordered them to go due to the weather. The young woman working the cash register just seemed annoyed and short with us, it kind of killed the whole mood for us to be honest. The cupcakes were delicious and it’s very cute inside.Had we received everything we paid for and had better customer service, I would rate it 5 stars.
