Climate control it’s always hot in there during summer and not warm during cold winter no lights inside unit only hallway just as many spiders and mice as a regular not climate control unit customer service is nice wish it was cheaper but nothing is now days

The staff at Simple Storage did an Excellent job with my Storage agreement completion. The only negative thing I saw was a few wasp in the weeds at the bottom corner of my Storage roll up door. I will keep Wasp spray with me just in case I need it. You may also take a blower to Blow of the spider webs?

This company always answers the phone when I have problems with my bill. They are very communicative as far as changes to service and other updates. The property is clean and their rates are reasonable.

Other than having to have a bit of patience to understand each other, all the reps are politely helpful. I had to make some changes and now have 3 units with them , They did the best they could to accommodate my needs .

The process of renting is easy and seamless. Just, watch out for any potholes/mudholes the property might have. My car got stuck in one.
