Can’t thank Candace enough for making me feel seen and heard during my time trying on and shopping at Soma.
She was gentle, kind, helpful, and had great recommendations, especially with me being pregnant and feeling a little unsure and overwhelmed. She knew just how to support me during a sensitive time.

What a great experience! Candace was so helpful, she walked me through the whole process and got be fitted in 2 super comfy bras all while being super sweet and kind. Highly recommend this store.

Alenna was so helpful, also entirely sweet:) I bought a couple pair of underwear’s, they were astonishing and comfortable! I would recommend anyone to go here.

Both Abby and her associate were so helpful and kind! It has been a hot minute since I was fitted for and shopped for bra, and my experience at Soma was wonderful! Abby asked me questions about what I was looking for in a bra before showing me options that fit my preferences. Her size measuring was spot on, and I was pleasantly surprised by how well her selections fit. The embrace able t-shirt bra is so comfortable and supportive- definitely my new favorite! I'll be back here for sure!

For most of us, shopping for bras is NOT an enjoyable activity. Not so at this Soma! Erin was so wonderful! I walked in, needing to purchase new bras, and she made me so comfortable, fitted me & showed me styles that would help address my needs, & assisted me with different sizes & offered other styles. She was attentive but not overly so - just right! She knows her products & gives great customer service!

Poor customer service when making a return. I’m a store manager myself, this was ridiculous. Should never make a guest feel like an inconvenience.

I had a wonderful experience finding just the right bra at Soma. Abby, was amazing. She was so knowledgeable and helpful! I got to the store about 35 min before closing and she never made me feel rushed. Thank you Abby for your patience! I will definitely be back to shop at Soma!
