Spectrum is literally the worst if you can save yourself time and look into a different internet provider. Unless you like your internet going in and out at least 18 hours out of the day. 10/10 do not recommend. I’d rate their service a 0 if I could truth be told I have to use my cell phone hotspot most of the time anyways.

The process to return the modem to was effortless. The check in screen did most of the job and the staffs called me in later. Waited less than 5mins to get the job done

We bought a phone Monday 7th; the salesman typed my last name wrong even though I spelled it out for him; they did not have it on store so it was shipped. Eventually chose something different and the exchange process was HELL on earth. Literally, we went back and the moment we came in you could tell that we were not welcomed. Megan saw us, heard a third of what we had to say and immediately interrupted us to tell us “No", even though we made sure to call Customer Service TWICE and, in both instances, they assured us the exchange process could and had to be done in-store. After that she went back and called Vanessa who surpassed Megan in every way, she berated us, ZERO Customer Service skills and didn't even know her own company policies. After they tag-team on us we gave up and called again to Customer Service, a man called Rory helped us, he tried to explain the situation to Megan, but at that point she was unwilling and/or didn't know how to use the system. At the same time, Vanessa was handling another customer who was clearly unhappy, and instead of de-escalating the situation she was yelling at him, loudly might I add. At this point we gave up on the store and continued through the phone with Rory, he eventually found a way to help us (without the store involvement). This store broke every single Customer Service rule in the book and by what I read on the other reviews, it is something that has been happening for a while, so don’t expect it to get better. To finalize the review: I've never felt so mistreated by a store before, I've never seen this level of disrespect to the customers and absentee employes (because Vanessa also talked ill about the seller we met on Monday 7th, that “he didn't know what he was doing”, etc.) This review is not for SPECTRUM as a whole because their call center is very helpful and kind. This review is only for this store in specific. Do not come near this store, do not touch it with a 10 ft pole, for your own good, stay as far away as possible from it.

internet continues to go out no matter what we do, resetting constantly and paying close to $100 a month, makes no sense, and can't get any other services out to our neighborhood. dogshit place and dogshit service.

One person working and about 10 people waiting for service. I think Spectrum rep actually enjoyed watching people get frustrated and leaving.

If I could give them a zero I would. Both times we walked in the store we were met by the same lady ( blonde with glasses about 5’4), and she never failed to give us an attitude the entire time. She never handed anything back to us instead she smacked everything on the counter. We were told we couldn’t pick up our internet equipment because it had been shipped which wasn’t true. She’s extremely rude and rolled her eyes at us multiple times, shrugged her shoulders and said both times there was nothing she could do .Do better .

Outages over the last couple days have caused my modem/router combo to have technical difficulties. Spectrum told us it was our equipment causing the issue not their services. They tried adding a $5/mo subscription to use their router. I came home from work, factory reset my own modem/router combo and walah nothing was wrong with it. They will not try and resolve your issues. They only try to upsell their own product/service as the solution when in reality their services are the issue. Less it’s the only service in the area, avoid using this company.

Walked in to drop off equipment and was met with attitude from the workers. Told me if I wanted to drop something off I can do it at UPS. Now there’s a line and the workers are on their phones texting.Been a spectrum user for over a year and am moving so needed to drop off the equipment. Customer service training would go a long way here.

I went in to Spectrum mobile in Waco Texas at Market Place to get a new phone because something was messed up with my email. I had a professional help me and she couldn’t. I didn’t know what lease to do. The representative Magen is her name helped me. I couldn’t believe it. In 10 minutes she had my email going and said I didn’t need a new phone. Thank you Magen.

The first time I came here I had a bad experience, this time I had a good one, different people, the staff was very friendly and professional, the place is very clean, I was in and out in 10 minutes

Stopped me at the door before 5 and told me they already closed the store. What’s the point in having closing hours when the employees just do what they want.

Reviews don't lie! How can it take to return a modem? 30mins or more. They prefer to send me UPS and send the modem to them! Do you know how ridiculous that sounds?

So we had a spectrum for about a good two years the first year unbeknownst to us. They had added an EXTRA plan that we never agreed upon. Therefore, we were being charged for extra services we NEVER used. Then, when we called and PROVED, we never used those to get our money back they said they couldn't do a thing about it but told us about their stupid promotions. We couldn't change at the moment, so we had to stick to it. The second year, we were moving and called to have someone do an install the lady from customer service lied and said they would have someone come out for us the next day at a specific time. Our phone was connected to our plan so we needed it as soon as possible and no one showed. She put us down for that next week. We did not wait and hesitate to take them off. They lie and try to take money from you to gain more profit. They also won't pay you back. So do not ever try and get with them.

They have terrible customer service and do so little to help you and just leave you there on your own I tried to return my equipment they told me to go somewhere else but I guess it is what it is.
