Some customers have had positive experiences with their kids, who were made to feel calm and explained every move. However, there have been instances where customers felt attendants were not attentive, leaving for a period of time during busy hours. Jesse was fantastic during the entire process. He made my son comfortable and kept up conversation to take his mind off the fact that he was getting a hair cut. We will be returning for all of my sons future cuts.
