I was recommended Star Tex Propane by a friend. My experience started with installation followed by service. After going by the office, I was met by a very friendly staff. The ladies at the front desk took my information, explained my options, and walked me through the process. In a very short time, a service technician arrived on time for the installation. This was followed by my first tank of propane. Since then they have been very helpful.
The front desk, TJ, and Steve have been very helpful, friendly, and very responsive to help and/or questions. I highly recommend Star Tex Propane if you’re in need.
Note: Since installation, they now have a device to monitor and let me know when I need a refill. This will definitely be beneficial in the future. The last thing I want is to “run out of gas” in the middle of a blue northern.

Excellent Service from StarTex and TJ went the extra mile to make sure everything was done correctly. We have used them for two years out here in the country and wouldn't risk going with any other propane company.

It has been great working with Star Texas. Their service and knowledge are impeccable. They respond quickly when we call. They have always been friendly and professional when we call, text the service technician, or are onsite. They give us recommendations based on our needs from installation and hook up to refill and service. We very strongly recommend Star Tex for your propane tank installation and service needs!
