I was in the market to upgrade my old phone and possibly change carriers. I came by and a friendly and clearly competent employee, Roosevelt, really made the switch a no-brainer. I'm definitely not a phone-techy kinda of person, so it was great to have someone really take the time to explain things to me and answer all my questions, which was alot. Store was clean. So far, I'm really happy about my carrier switch and my new phone! Thank you!

Michael was very helpful! I was so worried about my bill I wasn’t sure if I’d lose promos or what was the best plan for my situation. We were able to re do my pr and get everything handled. He answered all the MANY questions I had. Very polite. 10/10

I bought a screen protector for life and I’ve had them replace my screen before but now they refuse to help me because I don’t have insurance but never have I had insurance on my phone this time

Very helpful and professional. Well staffed as well. No long wait time which is common in many one on one service environments. Received help the minute I walked in. One of the many reasons I have been a T-Mobile customer for over 12 years now. Recommended.

Had a great experience yesterday with the T mobile team. Allie and Andy were very attentive and patient with my daughter and I. They were very busy, but they made sure we were updated and comfortable throughout the process of purchasing a new phone. I appreciate their non aggressive strategy of customer service as well. Wendy helped us transfer everything from our old Samsung to a new device. She was awesome. Knowledgeable, professional, and took care of us with great attention despite the fact they were very busy. We could not be more pleased with T Mobile.

My husband and I were very impressed with the T-mobile team that helped us get a replacement iPhone. Andy was confident and helpful…his manager kept checking in. Took only 45 minutes…highly recommend them

Although my previous experiences were good particularly because of the store manager who helped us get the best rates and resolving issues, I’m compelled to change my review due to a recent incident. I’m on Magenta which clearly mentions that in international roaming we get high speed data upto 5GB in 11 countries, which the website says includes Germany. I was in Germany, moving around Frankfurt and was not able to get internet on my phone although I was able to make calls. My phone was giving an error, ‘PDP authentication failure’. The guy with curly hairs in the store argued that because I did not purchase the international roaming pack, I was not able to connect to internet. He says except Mexico and Canada nowhere internet is free in Magenta. If this was the reason, then why is it that I was able to use internet while in India on the same tour?? The store manager should seriously consider pulling out such guys from store who gives false information to customers.

Wendy helped us set up new phone account. She was so helpful. She set up the phones and did the transfer for us. If Wendy would not have helped us it very possible we would not have changed phone companies.Wendy is at the Market Place shopping mall in Waco TX

I would give the staff five stars. But t-mobile? I would give them an absolute zero, minus 10 below zero. I signed up on the phone, got t-mobile, and had problems with it. After I went in went into the store at Marketplace, I was informed there is absolutely no T-Mobile coverage where I live. I had been lied to about that and I was also told by the marketeer that I would get two new top of the line phones and only received two little bitty cheap excuses for phones. T-Mobile lies from their advertisements telling you they have coverage everywhere to their marketeers on the phone. I wouldn't buy T-Mobile or take it if they gave it to me after this experience. I went back to spectrum, but could not get my original numbers for 60 days. So I went to walmart, bought two cheap flip phones, got my original numbers, and then will have to go back and get them changed again at spectrum. This was all because a telemarketer lied to me. I am almost 80 years old and I am sick and tired of being lied to! I'm reporting T-Mobile to the FCC!

Just went to pay our cell phone bill. Customer service was ok
