Don't sleep on this place!!! We ate at several places while visiting Waco, this place was fantastic. Best fried ribs I have ever had, the burgers delicious and fries top notch (Don't quote me on this, but I am pretty sure they were freshly cut and sliced there not frozen. You can most definitely taste the difference). Very well priced for the quality and quantity of her food.

My family and I stopped by this past Saturday coming from Dallas heading to San Antonio when I tell you it was my first time there we spent over $100 on nothing but love the ribs, hot and regular we’re bussing the pork chop sandwich, potato wedges, pecan pie, and everything else we ordered was just so delicious count me in at least twice a month from here on out spending nothing less then $50 to $75 a whop thanks for the amazing food and experience much love no cap Texas finest!! Keep up the good work family!!

This is the place to go if you want to experience the best fried short ribs in Texas. When I found out they was doing spicy fried ribs I fell even more in love with this spot. Mr. Mitchell had always been an inspiration to me, great man great business. Miss him much but I see the family holding his legacy strong.

The food and the people really make this place so great. Haven’t been in quite a while and was pleased to see that they haven’t changed a bit. The fried riblets are what everyone goes for but I’m obsessed with the jalapeño cheddar links! Oh and grab a crispito or 2 too. I won’t wait that long to go back again!

was good before the owner died. don't know now. went at 10:20 (opening time 10:00) nobody there. As I was driving off a large woman waddled up with a key in her hand like she was going to open the door. Can't imagine when the food would be ready.
