“I had a very small leak and took my tire to two other places i.e. Discount Tire and Sam’s Club and neither could find the leak. I finally decided to just purchase a new tire for safety reasons at Southern Tire Mart. Cisco said to test it for leaks. As they were taking off the tire, Braden located the leak and repaired it for $31. This place has integrity as they could’ve just sold the $400 tire to me. Appreciate them.”

“Went in for a plug, there was a younger guy (seemed less experienced) while attempting to repair the tire he SCRATCHED the wheel. The more experienced tire tech noticed what he was doing and stopped him immediately. He then came over and explained what happens to me. I'll be honest, I was highly upset that this happened, but the fact they wasted no time in letting me know the situation is what will get my repeat business. Accidents do happen and for me it's the honesty and service that'll keep me coming back. Yes I do recommend this shop based off of honesty and fast service.”

“a while back I had a problem with a tire on my car. I called Infinity because they were close to my home in Mulberry. Luis's customer service was off the chain. I told Luis that he was my tire guy from now on. since then I've had other tires replaced and one repaired. infinity's customer service remains awesome. The other day we called Luis and told him we were in the market for new tires for our fifth wheel RV. THIS MORNING, Luis ordered the tires for the RV, and they were installed this afternoon. if you live in Polk county or East Hillsborough go to Infinity for your tire needs... THANKS ONCE AGAIN Luis...”

“Lone Star Tire to the rescue... Traveling home on 35W became a crisis when road debris took out the rear tire as I was passing Waco. Googled tire stores and found Lone Star Tire was close and closing soon. They quickly responded to my call and noted they had a replacement tire in their warehouse. After limping in on the spare for 20 minutes, when I arrived the tire was just being delivered and they quickly had me back on the road. They whole ordeal was 45 minutes. Thank you Lone Star Tire for saving my sanity and getting me home safely!”
