Starting with my initial call to set up an appointment, to bringing my car in, to walking out with my keys in my hand after my car was repaired. James and Shawn were courteous and friendly. They communicated with me and updated me as my car was being worked on. The waiting room was comfortable, and complimentary drinks and snacks were available. When I was invited into the garage to show me my car’s mechanical issue, I marveled at the cleanliness of an area that, in many mechanic shops, are oil stained and cluttered. No one likes to spend money on car repairs, but I felt that Trinity Auto Haus was fair and up front in their billing. They have earned my business and I highly recommend them for the repair of your vehicle.”

“Fantastic experience! Brandon, Victoria, and John worked very hard to make sure that I was completely satisfied with the tires and the installation. Because I was going up to a 285\75\17, (new lift and suspension)I had some clearance concerns. They did a test fitment and confirmed that the tires fit without issue. They gave a very good price on the tires and made sure I would get the $200 rebate from Goodyear. Over the years I have purchased a lot of tires and these are the best people I have ever dealt with. “Went in for a plug, there was a younger guy (seemed less experienced) while attempting to repair the tire he SCRATCHED the wheel. The more experienced tire tech noticed what he was doing and stopped him immediately. He then came over and explained what happens to me. I'll be honest, I was highly upset that this happened, but the fact they wasted no time in letting me know the situation is what will get my repeat business. Accidents do happen and for me it's the honesty and service that'll keep me coming back. Yes I do recommend this shop based off of honesty and fast service.”

I told Luis that he was my tire guy from now on. since then I've had other tires replaced and one repaired. infinity's customer service remains awesome. The other day we called Luis and told him we were in the market for new tires for our fifth wheel RV. THIS MORNING, Luis ordered the tires for the RV, and they were installed this afternoon. if you live in Polk county or East Hillsborough go to Infinity for your tire needs... The used tire I was trying to purchase ended up having a flaw that they weren't aware of until they were putting it on my car. They could have easily put it on and sent me on my way; however, he brought it to my attention and said they would be putting my original tire back on. It sucked that I couldn't get it but I was so thankful they were honest about it!”

“Christmas Eve night and a blowout. An invisible road hazard on the highway from an earlier wreck and the tire destroyed. The local retail tire shops did not carry the correct replacement tire size. I was faced with 100+ miles on a donut tire then replacement after Christmas. Garcia's Tire Shop in Waco had a used tire the correct size. Not perfect, but perfect enough for late night Christmas Eve. These men worked after dark and did a fine job to get me on the road. Priceless.”

“This place is AWESOME! I blew out my front right tire this morning and was ready to just drop the $1,000 at discount tire. My boyfriend recommended poor man’s tire and I am SO HAPPY I WENT!! The prices are SUPER cheap (like mind boggling). They sell used, and brand new tires. I was able to get a set of 4, brand new Bridgestone OEM, 17 inch run flats for only $670 after tax. Had I gone to discount tire that would have cost me $1,000 (+) and any installation cost.I have an Nissan Rogue SV, and the owner was very good at explaining the differences between tires and what each had to offer. He gave me all the options and did not try to up-sell me. I made that choice to get the nicer tires, and it didn’t hurt my wallet.If you have any tire needs I HIGHLY recommend this place. The guy who owns it is very nice and friendly. They have a cute little waiting room with a TV and they take care of you fast. PLUS, you are supporting a locally owned small business. Thank you poor man’s tire! My family and I will be back for all our tire needs.”
