“Great service I came in here several times to get various odd items like for example once I needed washing machine clamps to use in a woodworking project and I asked the lady at the counter and she helped me find what I needed. The employees are always helpful and give you service with a smile. “Tons of complications that all equaled out to a wonderful experience. A warranty company through AutoNation Chevrolet was giving me problems that they did not want to replace lifters and a camshaft on my dodge ram, and it was sent to ALLEN SAMUELS Dodge of Waco. I was assigned a service advisor. Gary and he was able to talk to the warranty company and it was continually denied. Due to the warranty company losing one of my maintenance records showing that I have proper oil changes done. He informed them that this was not maintenance related. It was a defect in the lifters, and was very common, He worked very hard every step of the way to try to get the situation handled and notified me later on that my claim was finally excepted and put a rush on it, and got it back together in a timely manner after I had to wait for the warranty company to get done screwing me over, but Gary constantly kept me up-to-date on what was going on and show genuine concern that my vehicle was not returned to me yet and did everything he could to provide the best service, knowledge and experience he possibly could towards me. I definitely appreciate It’s some thing that you don’t see nowadays and I was able to keep my job”

“ABSOLUTELY THE BEST!! Honestly We've had bad run ins with Mechanic shops before so when our vehicle tried to die. We poured $2000 into our Tahoe to fix everything we could for a misfire. I was heart broken it didnt solve it. We didnt want to lose her so i googled a shop in walking distance. (Most said, for how much we paid to fix it ourselves why didnt we just get a new vehicle, Trust me she is worth every dime) I found La Familia and took the leap..IM 1000000% SATISFIED AND IN LOVE! I’ve interacted with their support team several times with questions and parts that I wanted more information on and the support team as well as customer service was very polite, knowledgeable and professional. There were options and add-ons I didn't want, and I was able to have them removed without too much hassle. Lastly, I spent about 2.5 hours mainly waiting for finance, which I thought would be much faster since I was financing the new vehicle through my bank.
