Twice lately stopped by to purchase something at the Loop 340 location. First time I interrupted the 2 women from their cell phone session. Not good response from them. Stopped just now and they couldn't sell anything because they were doing a shift change. Why bother them, go somewhere else for anything you need .

Do not take your business here at 5028 N. 19th Street in Waco. If you have any issues with your debit card slipping into the card swipe, NANCY (the manager) will NOT help you.My card is stuck in one of their gas pumps. The manager is at home (about 4 miles away) and will NOT open her gas pump to get my card out. She said maybe tomorrow she will call me.The Waco Police Department did make a report but cant make her come open it.Talk about customer service. I needed my card to buy gas--thankfully I have multiple sources I can use to get gas somewhere else but think about people who do not. And what if I needed food or anything else essential!?!Her district manager will be notified (not that that will do anything). But to anyone who thinks about buying gas here, think again. They do not appreciate their customers ( or at least the Manager Nancy doesn't).

Gas overpriced. Pumps sketchy, with panels loose and void stickers removed or damaged. Ive been here several times and half the time the pump you pull up to is not functional (and there is no sign to indicate it) so you have to drive around to find one that works. Garbage.

I got gas here recently and my engine acted funny. After emptying tank and filling up at a different station, it started working fine again. Bad gas?

they have a rude cashier who ignores costumers except for her boyfriend that she have stay with her almost the whole time she's there always sitting at the table with him with her back to door , I actually saw a couple of kids steal some candy because she didn't get up when mom and kids walked in the door ,but guess the company don't care that she's costing them money

the cashier Rosa is rude and threatens customer's and the company don't care nor will do anything about her ,I wouldn't waste my money there
