Used the pet wash for the first time today. It was a decent experience. The rooms could use TLC as some of the equipment was broken, nowhere to harness your dog in the tube, the person before me did not clean up after themselves. I think a cleaning guide should be posted in the room. Before arriving I went online to make sure I did it correctly and based on the information on the site customers are to walk in and groom their dogs first come first serve and then pay once they are finished. There is zero information on the site that says you have to ask an employee first if the room is open or available before you can enter. So when we arrived the room was empty and we went in and took care of our dog. After we looked at treats and toys and then proceeded to the register where we were met by an employee who informed me that how I did it was not how they do it in the store. I informed him online it said nothing about asking an employee first before using it. He had zero sympathy and just repeated what he already said and made me feel quite embarrassed in front of many other people in line. I did what the directions said online for this store (Waco Texas) and I was not in the wrong. This store needs to update their site to reflect their “ways” of doing things in their store.

I go here all the time for my cat’s pine pellets. Staff has always been helpful! I will say though that the pine pellets I get always fall out of the bag due to holes in them which makes it super inconvenient for a small girl like me (5’3) to carry to my car. It’s already a 40lbs bag?

Every time I go into this store, all the staff I interact with look miserable and make it clear that you are an inconvenience to them. Price tags are often incorrect or not up to date. I will be going out of my way to ensure I don't support this location anymore. Atwoods typically has better or competitive prices anyways and the high school kids working there at least don't make you feel like an inconvenience.

Exceptional service! I enjoy shopping here. We looked all over town for a hard to find tire for an RV. The staff took the time to listen us. They were able to find the exact item we needed. We were so thankful that the staff was knowledgeable and patient.

Apparently this location fills propane. I have never been able to get my propane filled because they are always out when I need it. I called ahead today and was told that they had propane but by the time I rushed over they were out.

Whole store has an attitude. They also need to learn phone etiquette for a buisness. ESPECIALLY the managers. this store by itself makes tractor supply look like a terrible company. best bet would be to fire everyone in that store even the managers and hire people who are actually good with customer service :)

This became my primary store for horse supplies when I started to rescue horses. A recent purchase was a curbside online order, I do them all the time. One item was not available and had to be shipped to store, no biggie. I never picked up those items, they were delayed and showed up when I was out of town. Never got a refund. I called customer service who sent me to the store, called store who said I had to come in. drove 25 minutes to the store only to be told I had to call customer service. Was then told I would get a call back on Monday. Two weeks later, no refund, no call. I use their reward program and literally have spent thousands of dollars just this year alone. They just lost my business over $50. I will not spend money in a store that just gives me the run around.

I enjoyed watching many dog owners arrive with their pets (dogs wagging their tails) greeted by the cashiers at entrance (as if they recognized them) & walked to the back I assume to the pet department. I don't buy usually, but I purchased smallest Jerky sweet hot snack they had varieties by register. Delicious! Very friendly customer service by young lady & gentleman. Thumbs up! First time there.
