“Will go with them over uhaul any day. Had a slight hiccup when getting my truck . My previous reservations were canceled the day before pickup . So when I go to pick it up I was charged more than what I was originally quoted. After getting the truck and leaving. I called customer support and they refunded me the difference because they couldn't find a reason why it was canceled. Same trip with uhaul would have been over 1200 . With penske is was little over 300. As many times as I've used uhaul I've never gotten a truck with a backup camera and power windows . Even though my original reservation was canceled, it was still easier doing it all over during pick up than when I have ever gone to uhaul”
“We can’t say enough nice things about Holt Truck Center, particularly Roman and Ron. We had a mechanical failure on I-35 and immediately happened to pull into Holt Truck Center parking lot. Both Roman and Ron came out to assist us as we discovered we had a broken axle on our RV. They helped us find a tow company and then told us they could replace the axle as well. We worked with them thru insurance to get the axle replacement. We are extremely satisfied with the work, their communications, and their commitment to helping us when we were in a bind.
