I'm very satisfied with my experience with tuff shed. From the beginning to the end, I wouldn't ask for anything to be different. David at the tuff shed office was incredibly helpful, super nice guy, with discussing the design etc. and dealing with the financing. The installers were very courteous and amazingly quick. My shed is a 10'x16' and when the guys arrived and started, I asked how long it was going to take them, just out of curiosity, and the young man told me probably around 5 hours. Well, my mind was blown when they were wrapping things up in about 3 hours. Those guys worked like a well oiled machine. They've obviously put up a few of these. Anyway, after they left, I plopped down a 4' level on the floor and it was smack dab on the mark. These guys did a great job and I really like some of the proprietary features of the shed like the galvanized base structure and the metal framed door. IMO, these are superior to any of the others that I looked at. I highly recommend tuff shed.

I’m very pleased with Tuff Shed. My salesman David at the Waco, Tx. Office was great! Very patient and knowledgeable and was not a pushy type salesman which I appreciated. The building crew from Buda was exceptional as well as professional. I highly recommend Tuff Shed and am excited to use my new building.

What a great experience with David at Tuff-Shed in Waco. He was very friendly, professional (not pushy at all), kind, courteous and understanding. He took the time to show us what was available and answered all of our questions. He explained the purchasing and installation process throughly! Great buildings! This will be our second Tuff Building. I had zero issues with David at Tuff Shield Waco. He was very helpful and answered any questions I had. He contacted me as soon as I submitted my plains and helped me through the process. We are now on the list for the engineers to make the preliminary plans. Thank You David for all your help.

I was very pleased with the way I was treated throughout the process of choosing the best fit for my yard. Lauren was great! I felt no pressure and was convinced that she had our satisfaction at heart. The installer was on time and the shed was built in less than three hours. Looks great and am very satisfied with it.

Lauren at Tuff Shed here in Waco/Woodway is an excellent young lady with whom to work. She definitely knows plenty of information about the products, etc. We visited with her a few times and she came out to our property to discuss what we would need done appropriately in order to have the detached garage built behind a detached carport. She worked well with making some changes that were required once the permit was obtained. There were a few things, not all related to Lauren, that have kept me from providing 5 stars.First of all, we needed concrete work done before the installation. While we were provided with names of concrete folks, we were also told they were not truly provided based on work they had actually done for Tuff Shed but they were provided simply based on their reviews. Have to say I honestly rarely count on reviews since I know not all are true.Secondly, all product work is done in Dallas then delivered here for construction. Not really a problem with ours but an occurrence was something that was quite annoying. We had not been told by anyone that the garage would be built by Tuff Shed employees... but the garage DOOR would not be installed at that time. In fact, we were advised it would likely be a couple of weeks after the garage construction before the garage door person (not a Tuff Shed employee) would be out to install it. Did not have that information from the beginning. Had planned to do things immediately after garage construction... but they all got pushed back while we waited for the garage door to be installed. Would have been quite simple and good to have been given that information at the beginning. Definitely a loss of points in my opinion.At any rate, after all was finally completed, the garage has been fine. The things we had requested were properly done and installed. So... I am not recommending you not use Tuff Shed for a product. I AM recommending you ask EVERY single question about ever single thing that matters to you... and then some... before you make your final decision.

Lauren did a wonderful job in assisting us in selecting the most appropriate shed that suited our needs. She came on a Saturday after her work hours to check the site that we chose. Thats customer service. The men who installed it were true professionals and did a great! Lauren also called us after the installation and asked us if we were happy with our shed.
