some of the best people to get in business with, long time renter of multiple storage units in store space self storage, climate control units is always on point and they have been always been willing to work with me when i was late on storage payments (which was more than once unfortunately), i cant recommend this place enough to anyone that is wanting to purchase storage space, only downside to this facility is that it isnt 24/7 so you if youre a night owl like me you have to plan out accordingly to their gate hours. otherwise this is the place to be, year plus long customer and when i need storage space this is where i go.

Stephanie is EXTREMELY rude. We called and canceled our storage unit after we moved into our apartment, so we called on April 27th and talked to John. He had called back later that day saying we were all good and it was all canceled. Come the first, we were charged $70 and were confused why. So we called today, 5/4/25 after realizing late last night we were charged (goes onto a credit card so didn’t notice immediately). We talked to Stephanie, and when telling her what had happened, she told us “I don’t care when you called, when did you move out” in a very rude and interrupting tone when explaining the whole phone call with John canceling it. We told her we moved out late on the 26th, and she said they did 5 lock checks since then and didn’t notice the storage was empty until the 2nd. If they’d check their security cameras, they would’ve seen we were out of there and wasn’t back at all since April 26th at about 9-9:30ish pm. I have a picture I took of the unit as we were leaving with the lock not on it (in case we forgot the unit number or anything for when we called the following day to cancel since they weren’t open anymore that night), which is proof that we were out of there. She was very accusatory and it was honestly upsetting. I hope they do check the footage and she apologizes for accusing us when all we did was call asking why we were charged.
Update-May 9th
Tried to call corporate number they gave me, left a voicemail and everything the day they replied, and no one’s called me back. Very disappointed.
Update- it’s June 19th and issue still never got resolved and got no message back. 2 weeks after I noticed the charge, I went in and talked to the man at the front desk who sided with Stephanie. They said they didn’t find my unit empty until the 5th. For one, I am a broke college student and even if I didn’t have a place to take my stuff, I would’ve had it out of my tiny 5x5 unit and sitting in my car so I didn’t have to pay $70 for 5 days of use. For 2, I moved into my apartment (the reason I needed the storage) on April 26th and had everything out by the 27th, so I didn’t even need the storage anymore anyways. They’re blaming it on the fact that their lock system was down from a storm, but it’s completely unfair on my end. I am an out of state college student and needed this storage for 3 months max from having to move the rest of my things down here when I was home for spring break then moving into my apartment. The people here are very rude and inconsiderate, and if I were lying I wouldn’t put in this effort at all. I gave them time to make it right, and they are REFUSING to look at the camera footage, when i saw cameras ALL OVER the place. If they’d check the footage, they’d see that we moved everything out before may and that we weren’t there after April 27th, as we had no reason to be, but they just want your money.

Units are clean and grounds are nice, although my buddy and I were moving stuff last night only to return this morning and find that our lock on our unit isn’t working with the correct code, we were here at 6am now having to wait till 9am for the office personnel to show up which you guessed it showed up almost 20 minutes late. This is unacceptable considering I work midnights and have to get some sleep today.
