I had a great experience storing my things with them. They have always been very kind and quick whenever I needed any assistance. I would highly recommend them to anyone whether it’s an out of state/city student or a resident of Waco. They made it easy to not live in Waco and know my things were covered. Additionally, the location was always clean and again as I mentioned earlier if I needed assistance they were available.

I had a great experience with the store space. I could book the storage over phone and when I went to the site in person the store manager Pati took me around explained everything clearly and offered to help me anytime if I need anything. I would definitely recommend these climate controlled storage for anyone looking self storage in Waco, Texas.

Ms. Pati was so helpful for my friends and I as we were securing a storage for the summer. She showed us the storage before we had go decide on anything and talk us through all the policies respectfully! I would recommend getting a storage unit here especially if you’re a student at Baylor!
