DO NOT ship from this UPS store. Took a T-Mobile trade in phone, already packaged and sealed with the return label from T-Mobile to this store to scan for a shipping receipt and they lost it. It never left the store. I am fighting with T-Mobile to get the credit for the phone even though UPS lost it or kept it. Called and one person told me it was scheduled to pickup on Wednesday (dropped off on Monday because they don't have a pickup on Tuesday). When no movement detected I called on Friday and was told it was picked up on Tuesday. Looks like I am out the cost of a new iPhone because of this location!!!

This morning I decided to visit this UPS Store for my several Amazon returns. I was greeted by Abigail, who had a warm smile and welcoming demeanor. She efficiently took charge, asking if the returns were for Amazon and if I had the return QR codes. I handed over my phone because I had no clue on what to do and she scanned the codes needed, making the process feel seamless. I accidentally chose Kohls on one of my returns so she showed me the process of restarting the return/starting a return. Her clear instructions and thorough explanations made me feel confident that everything was being handled properly. Throughout the process, Abigail's friendly demeanor never wavered. She chatted pleasantly, making small talk about the items I was returning and even sharing a few tips for future returns to make the process even smoother. Her genuine interest and willingness to help made the entire experience enjoyable. After all the items were processed, she gave me a receipt with my tracking information, ensuring I had everything I needed for my records. She reassured me that the packages would be on their way to Amazon and thanked me for choosing their UPS Store.
I highly recommend visiting this UPS Store and I will definitely return for future shipping and return needs!

I'm loving the new UPS location in Lacy Lakeview! It's way easier to get to without navigating the Baylor student traffic. Thank you, UPS! Also, the new Amazon return station is mighty efficient. Way to go! The printing system is very user friendly (Yas Plz) AND they print glorious resumes on beautiful high quality resume paper if you ask. So just ask!
Also, staff member Brooke has always gone above and beyond to help me out. If there are raises for merit, she deserves one. Thanks UPS!

Their trucks block the drive thru at Starbucks.
