Bad weather; I got there about 5 minutes past closing on the Friday pm the weekend before Christmas. Busy was an understatement!Yet they were willing to accommodate my need to ship 2 small pkgs. A Christmas miracle! Wonderful people!Not the first time they have helped me, especially the lady at the counter!I was grateful and thankful...and prefer this business as compared to others in Waco for several reasons, not just this kindness.

6 calls to UPS. Over 2 1/2 hours in the phone. Given incorrect info every time. Finally will try to pick up package at hub tomorrow. It’s been sitting in Waco for 5 days and they can’t get it delivered. And when they mess up by leaving the package in the building and not putting it on the truck they mark it held at customer request. A complete fabrication to cover their rear. No one asked for it to be held. So sad no one takes responsibility anymore.

This is the most racist company/location I've ever seen. If you're colored you shouldn't have a problem but if your white or even look white you're going to have the hardest time working here. Don't get me started on Management they absolutely unprofessional, lack of work ethic and communication, they only want to yell at you if they want to go "FASTER" but they can't do the job themselves. You cant even ask for water or go to the bathroom without getting fired. (Drivers I'm sorry but if you clock in early youre going to get fired) This whole facility needs new management instead of hiring family and friend and hiring them right away as a supervisor. This place either needs to be shut down or a dramatic change needs to happen for it to be a positive work experience.

Never showed up to my door I was home and outside waiting for my package and they also didn’t leave a notice (cause they were never at my home in the first place ) . I have to go out of my way to go get my package or wait till they reschedule it which is god knows when

The problem with the Waco Center on Franklin Ave in Waco TX happens to be their Manager Kelly. Kelly is too busy hiring her drug addicted friends to work for her and surrounding herself with a bunch of asskissing employees who just can't get the job done. She mistreats loyal employees, retaliates against employees who disagree with her and tries her best to fire employees who stand up for themselves against her "lack of professionlism" ways. She is the worst for a manager of a so called 13 billion dollar company and I am surprised UPS would have and keep such a person in charge of one of their busiest centers. SHAME ON YOU UPS for allowing such a creature to mistreat hard working employees who know and do their jobs. YOU WANT TO KNOW why peple do not like to use UPS any more. Take a look and investigate this Kelly person at your Waco Center.

Such a joke. I get an email saying my package was attempted. I was home. No one knocked on my door. Now it’s scheduled for Monday…. Ummm that’s not okay.

Expected an Amazon delivery. UPS said the driveway was blocked. No driveway. Customer service "guaranteed" delivery the following day. Never. It's now in Las Vegas. I live in central Texas. Amazon reimbursed me. I contact sellar prior to ordering to ensure they're not using UPS.

They are wonderful. I had a package sent there because of the sender put the wrong address on the package and one lady went out of her way to help me get it changed and sent to my correct address. Thank you.

I had an appointment scheduled since last week for pick up today between 10:00 and 5:00. I waited at home all day near the door. No one ever came, and no one called to let me know of an issue. I then spent over 30 minutes on hold with national customer service to have them tell me they can’t give me any updates until my package has been picked up. Seriously…after they missed the pick up appointment! When I asked to be connected to a manager or for a phone number to call the local dispatch, two different phone attendants did not know how to help. Then they (accidentally?) disconnected while asking me to hold for further assistance. What a disaster of a logistics company!I’d give zero stars if it were an option, as I got absolutely no assistance from anyone today.Someone else paid for this pick up or I would not have been entertaining this appointment at all. I have never been anything but disappointed by UPS here in Waco. I use FedEx exclusively for my business and today’s experience reminds me why I need to continue to do so.

Basically have had good and accurate delivery service. FedEx has a tendency to just deliver all packages for the apartment complex to one apartment . I order nothing if I know it's coming by way of FedEx

Package has been at this location for 3 days with no information or updates on when it is going to be delivered. Was supposed to be delivered Monday... It is now Wednesday evening.

How has the federal government figured out how to ship faster and cheaper. Just take it to the postoffice. This hub like to sit on packages for almost a week before delivering them. I love how ups responds with ,"we're are sorry your had a badtime"..... they fix the problem. Notice how their stock is falling. While FedEx is rising. This is across the board bad company. Never ship through ups
