This store goes above and beyond!! The kindness and customer service is amazing! Thomas is always super helpful as well as the whole team! I’m never prepared and they are always there to tape my package and finish it off with tape etc.

I had a mailbox at this location since August of 2022. The 3 month rate was 48.00, due on the 1st of the month every 3 months.I went to pay the $48 this morning at approx 930 a.m. the cashier said that will be 78 dollars. I replied no 3 mtgs is 48 dollars. He state the rates went up January. I asked why as a customer I was not informed. The manager whom refused to state his name, said he had become the Mgr a year ago. Never saw him before. He said they are a private company and change their rates whenever they want, just like walmart you pay more for bread. I said, excuse me that is not the same thin. I have a contra t for services at this UPS STORE, not a loaf of bread. Very unprofessional, argumentative and treated me. I will make sure I never do any business with UPS STORES in the future, and this so called Mgr needs to study the Law. The cashier said, do you want me to mark your mail return to sender, I said NO. mark them please forward. I told him it would be forwarded to my home. They used to be very friendly, etc. Not anymore. Probably going out of business and making people pay more because of all the litigation problems UPS has. Be very careful if you use this location. Now two months later, guess what now, do not know what that office did with my mail. The post office has no idea, I only had a few pieces, but very important mail that I had to forward because, at the time it was already on its way. I had problems receiving my mail, then they raise my rates without informing me in advance. Now mail theft!!! They will be brought to justice. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS UPS STORE, never had a problem until the manager, who I had NEVER SERN BEFORE, EVER, was a rude unprofessional bully. I rate tem minus 10, only because some of their employees are good, BEWARE❗️❗️❗️❗️

In my experience, I would recommend UPS shipping because my packages always reach their destination and the timeframe given when mailed. All of the employees have a great attitude of servicing the customer. They have helped me mutiple times in bringing my packages into the store and was always kind and thoughful in advising me of other services offered at that location.

LITERALLY. THE. BEST. UPS STORE ON PLANET EARTH. Moved here from Dallas. The staff makes all the difference. Give them raises so you can keep your talent. So helpful. Great work ethic. Customer service oriented. Helpful self service kiosks for Amazon returns. Clean. Open Saturdays. Flagship UPS store.

We have had an awful time dealing with my husband’s workers comp - we have had to fax, scan and email so much paperwork. The staff at store #5767 has been absolutely wonderful at helping me get all this done. It’s been a lot of paperwork. And the cost has been very reasonable. Thank you UPS!

I was served by sincere and warm people. When they kindly asked me what I was doing and I answered that I like preaching gospel and I was copying some materials for it. So they gave me some free copies. It was so encouraging. :) hope they are also happy with kind customers everyday!
