I’ve reported this place atleast a hundred times. Horrible!!!!!!!!!!! I’ve even contacted the manager over 10x in just a few weeks in hopes to get delivering issues fixed. It never will be unfortunately.

Weird experiences here as well. Uncomfortably and unprofessionally nosy carrier, and controlling service people at the desk. Carrier has left personal notes in the mailbox asking for information about our family that is irrelevant to them and their job, and service person at desk didn't like that we were using a certain service USPS provides and tried getting us to stop...
They also deliver to the wrong mailbox and don't answer their phone.

This is my neighborhood or should I say this is the post office where I receive my mail from, mine u I've been getting packages delivered to me everyday or every other day or week. But all of a sudden this one particular large package I've been expecting for day has sudden been sent way to the Oak Creek Distribution Center in Wisconsin. How in he// did that happen? It arrived to waco May 1st at 10:08 pm and then to the Bellmead post office on May 2 at 3:11 am but suddenly on today May 3 it get sent way to Wisconsin arrived there at 8:01 pm This is insane and ridiculous. What in the world happened who is so lazy to know this woman has been receiving mail / Packages alot for the last month and a half ,to suddenly over look the address and sent it to another state. That crazy🤬🤬🤬I wonder if they even take the time to read these reviews, because it is totally ridiculous, although most are from years ago.It looks as if the problem has been on going and something definitely needs to be done about what's going on here.I will be addressing this problem in person ASAP.

If I could give a negative, I would. U never get your packages or they are delivered to the wrong address. If it only happened once or even twice that would be ok. But it's every single time! Every SINGLE TIME!

I just find a person at the counter. How many people work there? They even don’t provide a key of a mailbox in 10 days. I had to make a written complaint for their poor performance.

Probably one of the most incompetent USPS office’s in the country. Their ability to avoid delivering packages sometimes boggles my mind. I’ve had packages get throw on my lawn, “delivered” with no package at the front door, constantly loosing packages, not delivering due to “large sizes”. Just overall laziness. Staff inside is generally useless and can never answer questions except point fingers at one another.

Mail delivery from here is a complete joke. Get informed delivery about the mail I'm suppose to get today and I either get it three days letter or I don't get it at all. Seems like they just hire anyone. Asked the mail person about my missing mail and they asked if it's through them or ups like what!!!!!!!! Last time I checked ups doesn't deliver mail.

I had a missing package, so I went to see if it was at the post office. Staff were friendly and helpful. A lot of these bad reviews are from years ago. Check it out yourself, before making a judgment.

Don't answer phone. And mail person we have messed up on mail then when my package says it's delivered it's not I don't get it.

I would give a zero if it were an option. For over 2 years I've been having issues with getting my mail and packages.Now the last 2 months my utility bills that I put in my mailbox to be picked up and delivered are not getting to their destination. I've talked to everyone I can to get it right but it seems to be a joke to them. So I will be inconvenienced even more now because I will have to start going online and making sure my bills are paid, so my credit and reputation as a loyal customer who pays their bills on time is not further destroyed.
There is way too many incompetent people who have important jobs. I will never trust the postal services again.

I would like to recognized the great customer service I receive from Joseph at this location. I stopped by to pick up a package but to my surprise it was 12 package that were waiting for me to pick up. I was sent to the docking station were I met a lady who was nicely arraigning the HEAVY packages for me to load into my truck, but I guess Joseph saw the hesitation on my face and my 7 month pregnant belly and he kicked right into action, stating that he will load them for me. I am very thankful that he saw a need and sought action, he could of just kept doing what he was doing and I would of had to return after a found loading help but he saved me time and most important he looked after the well being of my child and I.
Thank you Mr. Joseph! You made a kind difference today!
