Always a good experience at this location. Willow, the manger in the evening fixed a car wash situation. Fast, professional, and friendly, issue was resolved in minutes on a busy night. Thank you & definitely recommend this location!

Horrible . I got gas at the pump expecting to pay extra for the car wash which was out of order and did not tell me that at the pump I go inside to inquire and there is a line going all the way out the front door for both cashiers they did not want to even talk to me cuz I said I don't know anything about the car wash

I regularly purchase gas here. I have the coupon book for car washes. Occasionally, I stop in to make small purchases in the store. Often, the gas pumps are either out of order, or more likely out of gas. I like to get the receipt for the gas at the pump. I estimate that nearly 50% of the time the pump printer is out of paper. I prefer to wash the windshield when I get gas. In recent months, the squeegee water is either empty or so putrid that it will gag you to smell it. Often there is no paper available in the windshield wash dispensers. The trash receptacles at the pumps are often overflowing. When the car wash is working I have to go into the store to get the code, and the clerks, while busy, have always been friendly.
The station can't make money without product to sell. Perhaps there is more money in selling cigarettes, but not having gas available at a gas station shouldn't happen. Staffing must be tough, but someone should be able to keep paper in the pump printers, empty the trash, and keep paper and clean water in the windshield wash stations, I'd hope.
This may sound critical, but I'm still a customer, and I still try to get my gas there, and I'm hoping that these observations are helpful and that perhaps there may be some improvement.

Used to be 5 stars until the past 2 months they hired some of the rudest people. Not even a “high ya doing” just a vile attitude . The hot box never has food in it anymore. They’re plenty of other gas stations within 5-10 minutes to go to. Don’t waste your time

Went by to get a coffee in the morning and as I approached the registers I noticed 2 were open. One was helping out one customer and the other cashier, Kat, didn’t have anyone on her register. I asked her if she was open since I was the next person in line. She ignored my question and simply pointed for me to put my stuff on the counter. She did not say a word during our interaction, just a terrible attitude all around.If Kat is usually this rude, you will have a lot of customers like myself that won’t be returning. A simple greeting would do, but this cashier acted like I, the customer, was an inconvenience to her day.

So I have repeatedly stopped in at this Circle K for fuel and repeatedly they never have paper in the gas pumps to give you a receipt OR it says see clerk which really aggravates me! I have repeatedly gone in and talked to multiple workers about the lack of paper in gas pumps and they NEVER EVER fix the problem. So then I went in and spoke to store manager and thought that maybe the other employees had not given the information to the manager. It seems that the Manager does not really think it’s important to take care of customer concerns because it still has no paper or says “see clerk”. I’m I wanted to go in and buy something I would just pay for my gas inside. However I do not! Can’t ever get a receipt for my records unless you go inside. What a pain in the butt! Doesn’t make me want to get fuel here anymore that’s for sure.

I live near this store and spend hundreds of dollars a week in Fuel, Snacks, Drinks, Since it is the closest store to my house. MANY times a week I stop in for coffee (Sip & Save), Or fountain drinks, and this store is VERY poorly managed, It is never properly stocked, Cups, Drinks (Coffee, Soda's, Cappuccino,) Sugar, Creamer, TOGO foods, etc. I have complained in the store several times, and it does no good, I go out of my way to get to this store on the way to work, And go in the store and they are always out of what I go in after, The food warmers are outright nasty. And rarely cleaned, The counters are no cleaned, Most of the dispenser machines do not work ESPECIALLY the Cappuccino machine, I have to empty the Grounds container in the coffee machines, which I am sure takes days, weeks to get full, I have to look for coffee cups, I have many pictures I will like to share with a regional manager, or the store manager from several dates so you can see that this happens all the time. I normally have to go to the next nearest store to get what I am going in for. I see people walk in, See something is out of stock and walk out, Imagine the business you are losing. I have not reached out to anyone else, and Will NOT if you respond to this, Otherwise, I will notify the health department to give them this information and images. Please fix these issues!

Customer service is at best below average and the pumps are always broke, seems to be going down hill fairly quickly.

Horribly maintained fuel pumps.One of the few stations in the area that carries E-85 and ALL of the pumps are broken, some have been this way for months, I've reported it to the staff several times myself. Doubt it will every get fixed.
