“This is the best veterinary clinic to take your pet! My mom said everyone was friendly, concerned for her pet and the doctor was amazing! The receptionist Kimberly and Tammy were very nice and spoke to my mom till the technician called her back. My mom came home bragging about the clinic being nice and clean, the Technician Mike was so nice and helped my mom getting her dog in out of the clinic. My mom bragged how Dr. Berrett gave her several different treatment options on her pet, and how he was so patient with her. My mom said when she walked into that establishment until she walked out how impressed she was with the services! Thank you Mike, Dr. Berrett, Kimberly and Tammy for the time you took to talked and got to know my mom and her baby , and for your patience, care and compassion you all have for your clients and patients!”
“I had my first visit here after finding a stray dog. Dr. Lide and his team were incredibly kind, patient, and understanding with the stray dog. With their diligence and attentiveness, the stray dog was examined, given vaccines, and even an ultrasound. We plan to take all of our own pets here!”
“I had taken my Service dog, Chica, to the Animal Hospital, for intermitting vomiting for about 2 weeks. I was greeted by a kind and friendly receptionist and she explained there were taking walk ins today. We only waited about 10 min. and we were escorted by a friendly assistant, Ms. S . to the exam room . We were seen by the Veteran Dr. R. who was very cautious of Chica, while doing his physical examination. He took a very thorough history of Chica. He ask many questions and explained what he was finding as he completed Chica's, examination. He explained several reasons why Chica could be having vomiting episodes. He explained several alternatives for her treatment. He was so experienced and knowledgable , we decided to do as he recommended. Needless to say, my Chica was way more sick that I realized. We will be seen in about a month for more interventions and follow up. I noticed a big change in Chica's activity level by the beginning of the second day, after giving her the medication.
I feel very fortunate taking Chica to the Animal Hospital of Waco when I did.
Thank you

“They have always been a caring staff and vet clinic for our dog and cat since moving to Waco 2 years ago. They have a small town feel. We recently had to euthanize our dog and Dr. Ainsworth explained the process and options with compassion, caring, and no judgement. The vet techs were right there with me offering sympathy and comfort as needed. I am very pleased with their service and care during this difficult time. ♥️”
“This is a great clinic. Appointments required, but they can usually get your pet in the same or next day. Very reasonable prices. They are also really quick and thorough!”
“I write this with tears in my eyes, everyone who works for Brazos Valley Equine is amazing. Tiffany answered the phone, she was so helpful and she called me back pretty quickly. Our horse was hit by a car and his leg was broken, we didn't want to put him down if he had a chance. Sarah was kind enough to come out, she was amazing with our horse but she was so good with my husband too. Her sympathy and empathy that day will never be forgotten, we even received a heartfelt sympathy card today.. Thank you so much! God Bless You All.”

“My dog was sick at 330am on a Sunday, we were in and out within an hour, the staff was thorough and provided immediate service. The cost was reasonable, and all the things that needed to happen were done immediately! Thank you for helping my fur baby! I appreciate you!”
“I love this vet, and so do my dogs...
We are homeless and the people there are amazing.
Unfortunately I could not pay, but they helped my boys anyway.
I would recommend this vet to anyone...
Thank y'all so much❤️”

“Great affordable community clinic! Have used the puppy and kitten package for both my pets! The staff are wonderful people who love animals! The only down side is the how far out you have to make an appointment, but this vet clinic shouldn't really be the one you go to for an emergency anyway! Overall would suggest them to anyone for basic care!”
“I love these guys! My cat? Maybe slightly less so, but that’s because he has to grudgingly admit that going to the vet does actually make him feel better.
The doctors are personable, knowledgeable and friendly, the vet techs are great and patient, and really work to make sure both humans and pets are comfortable. We’ve been able to get appointments quickly as needed.
They also are very transparent with pricing and working with you to make sure you get exactly what your pet needs but not more.”

“I took my rabbit here when he was having some ear problems and the service was amazing. Everyone was so kind and were very knowledgeable! It’s been hard finding places that treat rabbits in the area..I’m so glad I went here.”
“I love the location, the front desk ladies, the techs and the vets. The office has the wear and tear of loving care — not the clinically sterile atmosphere of corporate germophobia. The cockatiel (?) will check you out before you check in, but make sure you say “pretty bird” before she does. The staff is very busy, and I have the mental prowess of a centenarian. But they’re so patient and allow time for you to collect your thoughts and ask questions. Conversation and objective feedback is comforting to me, especially since I found out yesterday that my old-man-doggie-puppy has cancer and will hopefully be sixteen next month. I pass four vet clinics to get to this place. It’s not about convenience; it’s about great care and respect for you and your family.”
