Great source for all your home remodel needs in Waco! TK was excellent, with her amazing eye for design and coordinating each room in the house! She helped me design my entire remodel from the floors, tile for showers, quartzite countertops and even paint colors! She made my life so much easier during a very stressful time and went the extra mile for me. We are so pleased with our final results and highly recommend Waco Carpet!

I worked with TK Childress and she did an outstanding job on helping me pick out tiles for 3 different bathroom remodels. I changed out my fireplace and love the results. She helped with the correct color and type of flooring. Everything came together so well. Call TK for all your needs and the installers did an excellent job too.

They hooked us up! Our cats tore up a very small corner of the carpet in our apartment bedroom, and we are moving out soon. We took in a sample of our carpet to reference, and they were able to get us an EXACT match and were giving us tips on how to repair it. 10/10 customer service!

Very helpful staff. Didn’t quite know exact carpet we needed for a patch job but we took a sample in and after just a few minutes they found an exact match from a leftover job. Didn’t even charge us and even gave tips on how to patch our carpet

If you want the best of the best or a designer who goes above and beyond, look no further then Ms. TK. She was extremely helpful with my indecisiveness on picking colors for kitchen cabinets, hardware and backslash. She was dead on with her knowledge. She gave me ideas of what suited my needs and helped give me the kitchen I wanted. The tile installers were prompt, quick and efficient. The backsplash they installed looks amazing…..So kudos to their craft and hard work.

One stop shop for flooring, lighting, carpets, etc. Ronnie is a pleasure to work with , helpful with suggestions on less costly alternatives and options. Store is easily accessible and has a very knowledgeable staff to help you.

Waco Carpet Company did a beautiful job on our new carpet in the master bedroom of our 100+ year old house. They did what they said on the timeline we agreed to. I'd come back again for any carpet and recommend to everyone.

Waco Carpet Company from start to finish was a great choice. They were accommodating and FAST. From my inquiry until the complete install was less than a week. Callan is a gem and her customer service is wonderful. We would absolutely work with Waco Carpet Company again.

**UPDATE: Bill, the owner, cancelled my entire order without my permission. I had another product (carpet) also on that order that was suppose to arrive this coming week. He cancelled the order without my permission (he said because of my bad review) and now my project will be even more behind due to not having the product I ordered. This is highly unprofessional and very disappointing.** DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! Go to DesignCo or another local store in Waco if you want to "shop small". I have worked with 2 subpar sales reps - including one (named Ronny) who called me "cranky" over the phone. The employees choose to communicate over email however do not actually respond to emails in a timely manner (or at all) and I can never get them on the phone to talk. They also do not call back if I leave a message with the receptionist. I tried to order flooring product after spending time with a sales rep in store but the sales rep never got back to me via email or phone. I was then handed off to the owner, Bill, and I am also less than impressed with his customer service and how he operates his business. He never replied back to my email after he sent me an updated quote and did not return my calls/messages to the store. I was finally able to order some product over the phone with a third sales rep/employee (on August 7th) - however was never told it would be on back order (Today is Aug 25th and after two days of trying to reach the people at Waco Carpet Co on the status of my order, I finally reached Bill over the phone who told me its on back order until mid September. No one ever called me to give me a status update or to tell me that it was on back order to begin with. In previous conversations with one of the sales reps (Emmanuel), I was told it would take just 2 weeks to arrive in store. This is super disappointing as obviously I have a project that is on a timeline. Today, I asked Bill if there was anyway to expedite the process or rush the shipping and he offered to refund me the entire order however, at this point as late in the game as it is, I am not sure that is the best option as I need the flooring ASAP. I told Bill, had I known that it was on back order originally, I would have never ordered it through his company. I will never use or recommend this company ever again. I would give 0 stars if possible as this is not the first bad experience I have had with this company.

We replace the carpet in our entire house: It’s our first time doing that. TK at Waco Carpet helped us pick the perfect Carpet for our house.She was so helpful, professional and patient. She gave us plenty of choices and recommendations. I love the carpet in our house now and she was the one that helped pick that out. I would highly recommend Waco Carpet and I would highly recommend using TK to help you.
