I went looking for what farmers markets are known for..farm/ home grown vegetables. I only found one stall that had a few items, not many. There were plenty of vendors selling crafts and "other" things. Maybe it was just the weekend I visited, but there was nothing that would make me want to go back.

It was a nice experience. It was new to me as I was a first timer to the Farmers market. It would be better if we have more stalls.

I was visiting from out of town and I am so sad I could not buy the fresh fruit and vegetables. They had some great food and coffee stands along with local artisans. It is not very big but definitely worth the trip.

Visited Waco while daughter took GT courses at Baylor last Saturday. We loved the atmosphere at the Farmers Market. Live music, delicious food/drinks/treats (even breakfast), & plenty of stalls with interesting things to peruse. The vendors were very friendly & so we're the people enjoying their Saturday @ the Market. We will definitely visit again!

Overpriced goods and limited vendors. Yes I'm all for Farm to Table, but not at some of these prices. It is growing and becoming more accessible, but not quite there. Some vendors even take Lone Star food stamps card.

This market, believe it or not, was smaller than the one we have in Lawton. There were not as many home-grown fruits and veggies as I had expected. Although Waco is more of a metropolis than Lawton. They are located downtown near other shopping areas, which is really convenient. My wife found a store she adored called "Pretty in Pink." It was less than a block from the market. There are a lot of other things to see and do within walking distance of the market. You will enjoy yourself if the market isn't your only goal. ? I gave the market 3 stars, but the area, experience, and time spent with my wife and daughter were definitely 5 stars.

We love the Waco downtown farmer’s market. I’m often there with my kids and there are some great vendors. My favorites are: Alba’s pupusas, Cha Community, Lee’s Kitchen and the Brazos cheese place. I only wish they had more seating available.

This is a great farmers market with lots of vendors and food trucks. Coffee, Lemonade, good smelling food. Booths selling all cuts of meat; beef, pork, sausages, fruits and veggies, microgreens, baked goods such as breads, cakes, and cookies, honey, sauces and seasonings, handmade items like soaps and candles, jewelry and so much more. I bought some ground beef and Sweet Italian sausage as well as some butter lettuce. Open on Saturdays I believe from 9-1pm.

Has been a local staple Saturday morning for years! The vendors are all so human and if you’re starved for connection with your fellow brother and sister, go to the market. Spark up a conversation with anyone and soak up all of the beautiful and authentic experiences. The veggies are great, the natural medicines are true, and the food is amazing!
