Most of the time, there is only 1 or 2 registers open. The store is kept fairly clean, but staff doesn't seem to care less what you need. It's pretty pathetic that a store this size never has more than a couple registers open at any given time.

Go there almost everyday. Employees don't really interact with you or offer assistance. Even walked passed store manager few times and was never greeted. I know what I need and where it's at. So it's good if your self sufficient.

I usually try to avoid this Walmart because I don't feel super safe as I've seen law enforcement have to come multiple times, but today was product related and it just was the last straw. I went in to buy a hair dryer and found the one I wanted. But when I got home with it I opened it up and it had clearly been used and then returned. I don't know how associates can think that it is acceptable to sell again in the state it is. It's gross and dirty. If I am going to pay full price for something, it shouldn't be dirty. I wouldn't even buy this for a lower price or on a platform like Facebook marketplace. Pictures are included.

This store was super clean, great customer service. The employees looked truly happy to be there. Great quality clothing too!!!

I lost my keys in the store and told the customer service about it, and instead of getting my information that just shrugged me off, and when they found out what kind of car I drive they just joked that they'd drive off with it. Good store, terrible customer service.

Wal-Mart at 4320 Franklin Ave Waco Texas 76710 there security guard will not care if your on foot and go into the store because your to hot in 100 degree weather and someone that is with you is in the store to get some cold drinks they will still make you leave when you may not be the one buying the cold drinks but the one with you is that will still make you a paying customer in the store

If you are a Hispanic customer they don't want your business here. As soon as your enter the store a security guard will follow you around making direct eye contact with you the entire time, I can't believe how incredible uncomfortable we felt having this racist rent a cop was following us while my girlfriend and I were looking at scented candles! CANDLES!!! On top of that while I'm the camping area looking for small propane tanks two Walmart managers hovered around the areas where we were shopping which was also by the makeup isles with my girlfriend. And once again in the parking lot when loading the 10 items we went to get. So we weren't even there for very long because of how very hostile the presence of a security guard and managers following us around while shopping made us feel here in a Texas Walmart and this experience was not limited to this store.

Extremely poor service and management. I was trying to find a staff to notify them of serious spill and broken glass. After lots of searching I finally found someone, and the employee told me to go find someone else because there was nothing they could do about it. Another time it took them over 45 minutes to process my one tax exemption purchase. The employees here do not seem to take ownership of the store, but pawn tasks off to others or settle for incompetence.

My wife purchased milk. When she looked in the cooler she found one with an acceptable "sell by" date, but inadvertently grabbed another by mistake. When she got home, she notice the "Sell by" date was April 25, 2021. This was on May 4, 2021.

Lazy Lazy Lazy. They lost a couple of thousand in sales today. And many more in the future. I was in the market for several items. 70in Tv, Tv stand, futon, some folding chairs, office chair, and 2 computers. This was going to be a purchase for an office. I had a question about the location of a tv and there was no spot for it under the display. Normally this means it's in another location. I asked the clerk and he said he didn't know. I asked if he can look it up and he said no. I asked to talk to the manager and he said sure she is over there and motioned with his hand to the front of the store. To say the least I am not happy at this point. The lazy employee would not look up to see if they had a product and was also to lazy to get a manager. Lost my business.
