I had the same experience as a lot of others on here. This company's sole existence is for the purpose of making bad arguments on why charges for work done should not be paid for. They are paid for saving insurance companies money by taking it from small businesses.

These guys are super unprofessional. We disagreed on line items and when I asked to speak to the supervisor, they hung up on me and now the company won’t call me back and are screening my calls, I will be reporting them to the carrier and to corporate. They don’t use facts to write claims they use opinions.
