This location sucks. Tried to cash a $500 check and they told me oh we don't usually cash a check unless the full amount is already in your account.. like since when I've came in there and cashed $1800 checks and took every bit to go pay bills and never had an issue at any other location. So since yall refuse to give me my money are yall gonna pay late fees on bills I needed to pay today?

I have tried calling over 3 different days this week several times per day and have not once reached an employee. There is no option to stay on the line, the call just ends. I have a question I've been trying to get answered and it's simply not possible to do so. Frustrating service.

This is the slowest Wells Fargo bank in town. Every time I come here, real slow service with line. Why don’t you hire more more people here???? Worst and poor management! Wait 30 min and left.

I have been trying for weeks to reach anyone at the Wells Fargo branch. Emails go unanswered, phone calls, just keep ringing and ringing and ringing you don’t even have the option of leaving a voicemail for you to call customer service and all you get is automated system. If you’re lucky enough to get a human they’re from east India, and I don’t understand a thing that you were saying. I absolutely cannot believe the amount of time that I have wasted simply trying to talk to a human being. If I could give this company negative stars, I would.

Its as if they go out of there way to make the experience terrible. I have several accounts with several different banks, and this is by far the worst client experience in about every way.

Worst experience ever! I needed to do a wire transfer and as I was the first person to walk in, I dont even get a greeting, the tellers seem to have an attitude and I was told to go to another location! Well, due to this, I’ll be pulling my money out of this bank and I’ll now tell people to never use Wells Fargo!

WORST BANK EVER. Wells Fargo had changed a legal agreement back in 2018 regarding a loan WITHOUT my consent. I was never contacted in regards to this update they did. I had called headquarters and reported the issue on a recorded line. I had written proof, emails, calls, etc to back me up. The Wells Fargo headquarters just said they, "didn't recall the update and expected me to honor their recent change in agreement." They said nothing about illegally "updating" terms to an agreement. The balance is nearly paid but if it weren't, I can't image the amount of shady business practices that go on at Wells Fargo as a whole company. I know now why they are always in the news.

Decided to open an account online. Approved. Never had account with them before. Never have had an issue with any bank- current bank I have had an account over 10 yrs. Relocated to diff part of TX and wanted a bank w a local branch. Apparently someone in Chicago had opened an account with my name and social years prior, went to the local branch with my identification corrected the issue and updated info. Three weeks later I get a call and email saying they decided to close my account based on a “business decision” and no real reason why. I spent a week fixing fraudulent activity that they clearly dropped the ball on regarding my identification, transferred my direct deposit etc. to these people and this is the response. Unprofessional is an understatement. Save yourself the headache and find another bank- I make a middle class income- enough to owe money to IRS every year, established credit etc - so I’m not quite sure what clients they want, but I guess I’m not it!Update- They decided to close my account a couple days before my 2nd direct deposit from my job was supposed to hit and it was too late to fix. Took them more than a week to send my money back to my employer. Overall I ended up going 2 weeks without my paycheck. This was the response from them when I asked why it was closed for no reason. They basically said they didn’t have to tell me, as you can see below. Take my advice and don’t risk it!The closure of your account ending in 7866On April 12, 2022, we made a business decision to freeze your account ending in 7866 to initiate its closure. We perform ongoing reviews of account relationships in connection with our responsibilities to ensure accounts continue to meet our business and operational guidelines. Is there even a phone in this branch?????? I have NEVER had anyone answer. Customer Service nonexistent. This problem has been mentioned in other comments and replied to. But does not seem to have been improved.
