Check out is usually quick, and returns and exchanges don't take too long to complete.Employees are friendly, but sometimes can be hard to find in various departments.Good selection of plants and shrubs, too.”

I bought a $200 paint sprayer for a project and found it to be a returned item when I got home and opened it. There was dried paint on the sprayer container and everything was just shoved into the box, not packaged by a manufacturer.
Sean drove to my house and brought me a new one to swap out with the one I had purchased.
Same day, within an hour or so of my reporting the issue by phone.
We live about 40 minutes from the store, so this level of customer service exceeds expectations by leaps and bounds!!
