Wake Village EZ mart pretty nice staff. There adding a pizza place inside not a big fan of there water saving bathrooms though they also sell ethanol free gas if you drive an older vehicle.

The absolute worst gas station ezmart I have been in. I came in to purchase some tobacco products during the covid19. I have all my i9 information to make a purchase from the state of text and copies of a photo ID on hand and I was refused service because it was a hard copy. An then I called the store to get the store managers name and information I was told they could not give that information out and also refused to tell me when they would be in the lady on the phone was extremely rude she hung the phone up in my face I thought it was on accident but when I called back she refused to answer the phone

I have been a faithful and loyal customer since this store opened. The service has been okay, nothing spectacular but okay. Today I stopped to get some gas and found the credit card readers on the pump were not working. I went in and asked the clerk and was told they had just installed a new system. I told the clerk I wanted to fill up my tank and did not know how it would take to fill up my motorcycle but I suspected between five and ten dollars. I was told that they could put $10.00 on my card and I could fill up and then they would credit back the unused amount and all would be well. After filling up for $5.00 and going back inside, they could not figure out how to do a credit to me for the unused amount. The clerk had no clue and gave every appearance of not caring that I was overcharged due to their inability to navigate their system. In the grand scheme of things, the amount is negligible. The apathy displayed by the clerks was very frustrating to say the least. If you work in customer service please at least know your job and act like you care about the customer. Call me a highly displeased customer that has spent quite a number of dollars there over the years. The only reason I gave them one star was because it wouldn't let me give this business less then that.

Store was clean. Employees were helpful, polite and had awesome customer service. They always make you feel welcomed. I felt safe. Prices are good.

I work for Pop a lock I go in there a lot but it’s sad when they charge $.60 for a Cup of iceI won’t be going in there no more because I used to get it for free all the time because I’ll unlock cars there all the time sad

Never no water in the windshield wash . Hasn't been for two weeks !!! I fill up every morning . Not no more !!!!! Spend my money somewhere else. !!!! . Not a happy customer !!!!!!

I worked there in the deli, & was repeatedly told to prepare food that was well out of date. I even found food that had been sitting unrefridgerated out for 4 hours, that was past it's shelf date, put back into the walk- in & served to people, 2 days later. The majority of the staff are polite, but there are a few rude ones as well.The bathrooms are clean, selection of snacks is good.

Has ethanol-free gas! Lots of pumps, too. The interior is clean and the service is fast.
