“I highly recommend living here! It's a nice, smaller, quiet community in the country. It's not like other places where you can hear your neighbors on the other side of the wall from you.

Unfortunately, when I moved in the office staff at the time had some issues, and were not taking care of the tenants and their needs.

We finally got a new manager, Larissa, and she is definitely taking the bull by the horns, and cleaning up shop. I now have my home the way it should have been when I moved in, and I'm so happy, and really loving it!

Please take into consideration that the past negative reviews were due to poor management, which we no longer have.”

“I am posting this review about the excellent job. Miss Clark is doing as our apartment manager. My wife and I have been residents here since August 2019 . we have seen a few managers of Carrage Crossing during that time. Miss Clark is by far the best manager we have seen. She handles the many responsibilities of managing this property with the utmost of care and fairness the team of Mike and Larive are the most efficient and professional we have ever dealt with. She is truly trustworthy in every way. She does her best to keep the pool area and it’s visitors in compliance with the rules and regulations at all times. Her communication with us has always been professional and courteous. We have really been shocked by the negative reviews of court certain standards are required to lease an apartment here in order to keep it nice for everyone. Thank you for your time Bob Webber”
