Rudest Buccee’s I’ve ever been too. The cashier carelessly packed my items and caused some of my cookies to fall on the ground. Didn’t apologize when I asked her if they’d break. She said they were packaged, but I don’t care how late it is, you shouldn’t be working tired and cranky.

Very disappointed, I had a small 12oz refill cup of my own. I was charged more than if I were just to use one of their large cups. $2.19 that’s nuts.

There is a cashier by the name of Tara, who I am sad to say is the most unpleasant part of my experience when I come to shop and fill up here! She rolls her eyes, and seemed more than just bothered to provide me with a receipt or napkins in my bag at the counter.
No eye contact. No pleasantries. Just a NO across the board if you are gonna be in a customer facing role.
I seriously do my best to avoid checking out with her because it’s always the same.
Do better about weeding out the poor customer service providing people. It takes away from the atmosphere.

At 3pm I bought a brisket sandwich i left, 5 min driving i got to my destination i started eating my sandwich i was hungry but while eating it I was feeling like to much fat on the brisket well sure I was 90% fat 10 meat i finished it but with a bad sensation and with chills. We'll after 2 hours past than I started feeling nauses it's 11:50pm and I still have that sensation with nauseous! I promise my self i will never ever buy another sliced brisket sandwich! Yes I was so hungry and yes I regret it eating it when I felt it was to much fat! Maybe it was the only sandwich that had the bad part of the brisket but I think more people felt the same. I love brisket but this one it was 1 out of 10.

Horribly customer service went in to exchange pants that I had bought the day before because they fit too big and they immediately said no without explanation. Racism at its finest. I had never experienced this at ANY Buc-ee’s.
