The veterinarians are great. Their office staff are terrible. They don’t speak to customers with any level of respect and have chased away numerous clients in the five years I’ve been there. Now, I’ve had my fill and I’m done with them as well. They called me about a bill I had already made arrangements for, demanding payment a week early. Then I got a sarcastic reply from the lady demanding payment, and she went on to call my boyfriend and tell him they were declining services for his horses in the future as well. Our accounts are separate because we live in separate places and do not have blended finances. They did not call other family members, though. Extremely aggressive, rude and unprofessional for no reason.

They were wonderful! I brought my 2 mares just for shots and coggins but they will be my first call should any other need come along.

Terrible experience. The lacked transparency with their prices. When I called to discuss the unauthorized services Dr Collier was rude.

Very helpful Staff and Docs. My daughter sent me to pick up something for her horses. Even though the office didn't know me they were still great at helping me figure out what was needed.

I own a large horse boarding & training equestrian facility, which comes with a large number of horses always in need of medical treatment, maintenance and sometimes emergencies.Dr. Randall and Dr Sophie Christilles and their hard-working staff have always gone above and beyond to assist in anyway with any problem we might have no matter what the day or time!I have worked with many reputable equine vets in my career, and I put Collier Equine, Dr. Randall and Dr Sophie Christilles up at the top with the best!They have put my mind at rest knowing that our horses care and attention is in their extremely good hands. I trust them without question and their knowledge is irreplaceable. I look forward to many more years with them.Thank you.

So far Ill leave it at 2 stars. Misappropriation of funds/Unauthorized removal of funds without my approval to start with. Then met with unprofessional behavior and aggressive words towards personal financial management. Very rude and unprofessional from the receptionist Diane.
